基于極性變化直流電壓源的鐵磁元件鐵心剩磁通測量方法

【摘要】:剩磁通可能給變壓器帶來較大的勵磁涌流,影響測量互感器的測量精度。然而目前對于變壓器的鐵心剩磁通測量還沒有規(guī)范的方法。為了便捷地測量鐵心剩磁通,提出一種采用極性變化的直流電壓源來測量鐵磁元件鐵心剩磁通和剩磁系數(shù)的方法。該方法采用半橋電路獲得極性變化的直流電壓,并施加在繞組兩端,使鐵心分別達到正、負飽和點。繪制整個過程中的磁通與電流關(guān)系曲線,即可得到鐵心的部分飽和磁滯回線,根據(jù)獲得的飽和磁滯回線來計算鐵心剩磁通和剩磁系數(shù)。并且在電流互感器上開展實驗,測得在正、負飽和剩磁點和退磁后的磁通零點的剩磁通平均值分別為4.001m Wb、-3.844m Wb和0.048m Wb。結(jié)果表明,該方法具有較高的準確性和穩(wěn)定性,而且需要的退磁電源功率小,方便攜帶。
[Abstract]:Remanent flux may bring a large inrush current to the transformer and affect the measuring accuracy of the transformer. However, there is no standard method to measure the remanence flux of transformer core. In order to measure the remanent magnetic flux of iron core conveniently, a method of measuring the remanence flux and the coefficient of remanence of ferromagnetic element by using a DC voltage source with variable polarity is proposed. The half-bridge circuit is used to obtain DC voltage with polarity variation and applied to the two ends of the winding to make the core reach the positive and negative saturation points respectively. The partial saturated hysteresis loop of the core can be obtained by drawing the curve of the relationship between flux and current in the whole process. According to the obtained saturated hysteresis loop, the remanent flux and the coefficient of remanence of the core can be calculated. The results of experiments on current transformer show that the average value of residual flux at positive and negative saturation remanence points and after demagnetization is 4.001 Wb,-3.844m Wb and 0.048 m Wb., respectively. The results show that the method has high accuracy and stability, and the demagnetization power supply is small and easy to carry.
