基于微熱管陣列鋰電池的低溫加熱性能

【摘要】:鋰離子電池作為車載動力電池,其充放電性能受到低溫環(huán)境影響。對低溫環(huán)境下的鋰電池進行加熱,升高電池溫度,可以提高其充放電容量及可用容量比,改善其充放電性能。為了研究采用新型熱管加熱的鋰電池加熱方法對低溫鋰電池充放電性能的影響,本文對不同低溫環(huán)境下鋰電池充放電特性進行測試,并采用新型熱管加熱的方法對低溫鋰電池加熱,對比其充放電性能。結(jié)果表明:低溫環(huán)境下鋰電池的充放電性能大幅衰減,采用新型熱管加熱的方法能夠顯著提升電池的低溫充放電性能,加熱時間很短,溫度反應迅速。 30℃環(huán)境下,30W加熱功率可使單塊電池20min內(nèi)溫度升高30℃,放電容量提高39.95%,充電容量提高86.44%。本研究為低溫環(huán)境下車載鋰電池的高效利用提供了新的技術(shù)方法與數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:As a vehicle-mounted power battery, the charge and discharge performance of lithium ion battery is affected by low temperature environment. The charge / discharge capacity and the ratio of available capacity to charge / discharge can be improved by heating the lithium battery under low temperature and increasing the battery temperature, and the charge-discharge performance can be improved. In order to study the effect of the new heat pipe heating method on the charge-discharge performance of low temperature lithium battery, the charge-discharge characteristics of lithium battery under different low temperature conditions were tested in this paper. A new heat pipe heating method was used to heat the low-temperature lithium battery and its charge-discharge performance was compared. The results show that the charge-discharge performance of lithium battery decreases greatly under low temperature, and the low temperature charge-discharge performance of the battery can be significantly improved by using a new heat pipe heating method, and the heating time is very short.
