脈沖作用下氣體火花開關(guān)電極熔蝕研究

【摘要】:氣體火花開關(guān)在脈沖功率技術(shù)領(lǐng)域中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用,是大型脈沖功率裝置的關(guān)鍵器件之一,對(duì)裝置的輸出參數(shù)和運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性都有重要的影響。電極熔蝕作為氣體火花開關(guān)不可避免的問題,從氣體火花開關(guān)應(yīng)用之初就得到了關(guān)注和研究。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對(duì)電極熔蝕問題,從電極表面形貌變化、蝕坑表征參數(shù)、熔蝕熱源分析、電極材料移出作用力和電極熔蝕對(duì)氣體火花開關(guān)性能的影響等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了廣泛的研究,提出了幾種電極表面蝕坑的表征參數(shù),形成了經(jīng)典的1維、2維電極熔蝕模型,并初步研究了重復(fù)運(yùn)行時(shí)電極熔蝕對(duì)氣體火花開關(guān)觸發(fā)性能的影響。分析了目前高功率火花開關(guān)研究所臨的主要問題,討論了快前沿脈沖重頻作用下,氣體火花開關(guān)在電極熔蝕機(jī)理上可能存在的區(qū)別,指出了電極熔蝕后續(xù)研究的方向和關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Gas spark switch has been widely used in the field of pulse power technology. It is one of the key devices of large pulse power device. It has an important effect on the output parameters and operation stability of the device. Electrode erosion, as an inevitable problem of gas spark switch, has been concerned and studied since the beginning of its application. Aiming at the problem of electrode erosion, scholars at home and abroad have analyzed the surface morphology of the electrode, the characterization parameters of the etch pit, and the heat source of the corrosion. The influence of the removal force of electrode material and the effect of electrode erosion on the performance of gas spark switch have been extensively studied. The characterization parameters of several kinds of electrode surface etch pits have been put forward, and the classical 1 D / 2 dimensional electrode erosion model has been formed. The effect of electrode erosion on the trigger performance of gas spark switch during repeated operation was preliminarily studied. This paper analyzes the main problems in the research of high power spark switches at present, discusses the possible differences in the electrode erosion mechanism of gas spark switches under the action of fast front pulse repetition, and points out the direction and key points for further research on electrode ablation.
