【摘要】：汽輪機(jī)調(diào)門開度擾動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的超臨界直流爐蓄熱系數(shù)其數(shù)值明顯小于鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的計(jì)算值和直接能量平衡協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試值。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),直流爐與汽包爐蓄熱利用的機(jī)制存在差異:直流爐壓力變化時(shí)只能利用汽水部分蓄熱,中間點(diǎn)溫度變化時(shí)才能利用金屬部分蓄熱。將直流爐汽水系統(tǒng)橫向劃分為傳熱區(qū)和容積區(qū),分別建立傳熱區(qū)金屬與容積區(qū)汽水蓄熱過程能量平衡方程,可建立微分方程形式的直流爐汽水系統(tǒng)核心模型,也能籍此定量分析蒸汽壓力與中間點(diǎn)溫度的耦合特性。將機(jī)組實(shí)際燃料量 給水流量 汽輪機(jī)高調(diào)閥開度引入模型,變工況下中間點(diǎn)溫度 機(jī)前壓力 發(fā)電負(fù)荷模型輸出值與機(jī)組實(shí)際值很好吻合,顯示模型有足夠的準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:The heat storage coefficient of supercritical direct current furnace is obviously smaller than the calculated value of boiler design parameters and the adjustment value of direct energy balance coordinated control system. It is found that the mechanism of heat storage and utilization of direct current furnace and drum furnace is different: when the pressure of direct current furnace is changing, only the steam water part can be used to store heat, and the metal part can be used only when the temperature of the middle point changes. The heat transfer zone and volume region are divided into heat transfer zone and volume zone respectively. The energy balance equations of steam water storage process in heat transfer zone and volume region are established, and the core model of direct current furnace steam water system in the form of differential equation can be established. It can also be used to quantitatively analyze the coupling characteristics of steam pressure and intermediate temperature. The model is introduced into the model by introducing the actual fuel quantity and feed water flow rate of the turbine into the model. The output value of the model is in good agreement with the actual value of the generating unit under variable working conditions, and the output value of the model is in good agreement with the actual value of the generating unit. The display model has sufficient accuracy.
