【摘要】：在國家的整體安全戰(zhàn)略中,遠(yuǎn)洋海島(群)作為維護(hù)國家海防和海洋權(quán)益的重要支點(diǎn)和平臺,具有特殊的地緣戰(zhàn)略意義�？煽康哪芰抗┙o是遠(yuǎn)洋海島(群)發(fā)展建設(shè)的動脈,而目前已有研究大多針對近海海島,對遠(yuǎn)洋海島缺乏相關(guān)理論與方法。因此,首先探究了海島電網(wǎng)研究的現(xiàn)狀,分析了其應(yīng)用于遠(yuǎn)洋海島(群)的限制與缺陷;進(jìn)而提出了充分利用海島豐富的可再生能源,實(shí)現(xiàn)海島群整體資源的優(yōu)化配置與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的遠(yuǎn)洋海島群綜合能量供給系統(tǒng),打破了海島電網(wǎng)孤立發(fā)展的格局,將海島群作為一個整體通過獨(dú)創(chuàng)性的儲電(換電)船舶進(jìn)行"互聯(lián)";然后分析了該系統(tǒng)具有的內(nèi)涵與特征;提出了構(gòu)建遠(yuǎn)洋海島群綜合能量供給系統(tǒng)所需的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并給出了儲電船舶設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行分析算例,以期為我國遠(yuǎn)洋海島(群)的開發(fā)與建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the overall national security strategy, ocean-going islands (groups), as an important fulcrum and platform for safeguarding national coastal defense and marine rights and interests, have special geo-strategic significance. Reliable energy supply is the artery of the development and construction of ocean-going islands (groups), but most of the studies have been focused on offshore islands, and lack of relevant theories and methods for ocean-going islands. Therefore, first of all, the present situation of the research on the island power network is explored, and the limitations and defects of its application to the ocean-going islands (groups) are analyzed, and the full utilization of the abundant renewable energy sources in the islands is put forward. The integrated energy supply system of oceanic island group, which realizes the optimal allocation and sustainable development of the whole resources of the island group, breaks the pattern of isolated development of the island power network. The island group as a whole is interlinked through the original storage (switching) ship, and then the connotation and characteristics of the system are analyzed, and the key technology for building the integrated energy supply system of the ocean-going island group is put forward. An example of design and operation analysis of electric storage ships is given in order to provide a reference for the development and construction of ocean-going islands (groups) in China.
