面向市場化的智能樓宇互動調控技術

【摘要】:中國電力市場的改革為需求側資源參與市場提高經(jīng)濟效益提供了有利契機。提出一種面向市場化的智能樓宇互動調控技術。根據(jù)能量守恒原理,建立中央空調系統(tǒng)熱力學模型,提出中央空調的潛力評估方法,為智能樓宇參與電力市場提供負荷削減量依據(jù);建立電力公司—負荷聚合商—智能樓宇的調度框架,在電力公司層面,以第二日削減時段的總花費最小為目標函數(shù),實現(xiàn)負荷削減量指標在各負荷聚合商之間的優(yōu)化分配,在負荷聚合商層面,對中央空調實施輪控技術,優(yōu)化中央空調的運行占空比,實現(xiàn)負荷聚合商的經(jīng)濟效益最大化。仿真結果表明:該方法具有良好的削峰效果。
[Abstract]:The reform of China's electricity market provides a favorable opportunity for demand-side resources to participate in the market and improve economic efficiency. This paper presents a market-oriented interactive control technology for intelligent buildings. According to the principle of energy conservation, the thermodynamic model of central air conditioning system is established, and the potential evaluation method of central air conditioning is put forward to provide the basis of load reduction for intelligent buildings to participate in electricity market. The dispatching framework of power company, load aggregator and intelligent building is established. At the level of power company, the optimal allocation of load reduction index among load aggregators is realized by taking the minimum total cost of the second reduction period as the objective function. At the level of load aggregator, the rotation control technology is applied to central air conditioning, and the operation duty ratio of central air conditioning is optimized to maximize the economic benefits of load aggregators. The simulation results show that this method has good peak cutting effect.
