基于霍爾傳感器的無刷直流電機改進測速方法

【摘要】:針對有感無刷直流電機中測速周期長、精度低、硬件電路復雜等問題,文中給出了一種滾動測速與軟件倍頻相結(jié)合的改進測速方法。在分析霍爾傳感器測速原理的基礎(chǔ)上,采用軟件編程實現(xiàn)霍爾信號輸出六倍頻處理,以提高測速分辨率、提高可移植性;采用滾動測速法實現(xiàn)速度檢測,可提高系統(tǒng)測速精度、縮短測速時間間隔;進行了系統(tǒng)硬件和軟件設(shè)計。所設(shè)計系統(tǒng)在全自動酶免分析儀上的實驗表明,該測速方法精度可達±0.36%。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of long measuring period, low precision and complex hardware circuit in brushless DC motor, an improved speed measurement method combining rolling speed measurement and software frequency doubling is presented in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the principle of Hall sensor speed measurement, the six-frequency processing of Hall signal output is realized by software programming, in order to improve the speed resolution and portability, the system speed measurement accuracy can be improved by using rolling velocity measurement method. The time interval of speed measurement is shortened and the hardware and software of the system are designed. The experiment of the designed system on the automatic enzyme immunity analyzer shows that the accuracy of this method can reach 鹵0.36.
