鋰離子電池陶瓷復合全固態(tài)電解質的制備和性能研究

【摘要】:以負載Al_2O_3的無紡布為支撐膜,浸涂PEO-LAGP-SN-Li TFSI的乙腈共混液干燥后制得新型復合固態(tài)電解質膜(CLASP)。該膜的熱穩(wěn)定性好,即使在170℃的高溫下依然不發(fā)生形變。當浸涂共混液中PEO:LAGP:SN:Li TFSI為3:1:1:1,固含量為10wt%時,室溫電導率可以達到3.66×10~(-5) S/cm,100℃時電導率可達2.52×10~(-4) S/cm.CLASP膜的電化學窗口寬,以該膜代替液態(tài)電解質裝配的全固態(tài)LiFePO_4/CLASP/Li電池,在55℃循環(huán)時表現(xiàn)出良好的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性,高的庫倫效率,有望成為電化學性能優(yōu)越的全固態(tài)電解質。
