直流電場(chǎng)下聚合物空間電荷分布的極性效應(yīng)

【摘要】:擠壓型高壓電纜用聚合物材料在直流電場(chǎng)作用下,空間電荷的分布具有極性效應(yīng)。為了揭示引起極性效應(yīng)的物理機(jī)制,該文引入雙極電荷傳輸模型,考慮了雙極性電荷的復(fù)合、俘獲、脫陷等傳輸過(guò)程以及電極表面電荷的注入。通過(guò)參數(shù)化分析,辨別影響陰極和陽(yáng)極空間電荷與電場(chǎng)非對(duì)稱分布的主要物理參數(shù)。然后利用該模型仿真了均勻直流電場(chǎng)下聚丙烯空間電荷和電場(chǎng)分布,并與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明:聚丙烯空間電荷的非對(duì)稱分布主要由遷移率和脫阱勢(shì)壘決定,聚丙烯電場(chǎng)的非對(duì)稱分布主要由遷移率和注入勢(shì)壘決定,可為聚合物材料的調(diào)控提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The space charge distribution of extruded high voltage cable polymer materials under DC electric field has polarity effect. In order to reveal the physical mechanism of the polarity effect, the bipolar charge transfer model is introduced in this paper. The recombination, capture and detrapping of the bipolar charge and the charge injection on the electrode surface are considered. The main physical parameters which affect the asymmetric distribution of space charge and electric field of cathode and anode are identified by parameterization analysis. Then the space charge and electric field distribution of polypropylene under uniform DC field are simulated and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the asymmetric distribution of space charge of polypropylene is mainly determined by mobility and well barrier, and the asymmetric distribution of electric field of polypropylene is mainly determined by mobility and injection barrier, which can provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of polymer materials.
