【摘要】：科學(xué)合理的配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是保證配電網(wǎng)安全可靠供電的前提。配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃綜合效益評估有利于指導(dǎo)規(guī)劃方案的決策、優(yōu)化配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)以及資源的合理利用,是選擇配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的重要依據(jù)。因此,對配電網(wǎng)進行科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃改造和評價是電力系統(tǒng)研究的重要課題。本文首先對滿城區(qū)的區(qū)域供電概況、經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展情況、配電網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,總結(jié)出滿城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)目前所存在的問題;其次對滿城區(qū)的負(fù)荷特性及負(fù)荷增長趨勢進行分析,對負(fù)荷和用電量進行預(yù)測;然后確定配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃準(zhǔn)則,在分析了滿城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀及存在相關(guān)問題的基礎(chǔ)上,對滿城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行規(guī)劃;最后結(jié)合配電網(wǎng)自身特點,全面考慮配電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟效益指標(biāo)的影響因素,構(gòu)建了配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃綜合效益評估指標(biāo)體系,運用區(qū)間層次分析(IAHP)法計算綜合效益指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,解決了評估過程中存在的復(fù)雜性和影響因素的不確定性等問題。通過對滿城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案進行綜合效益評估,結(jié)果表明建立的評價模型可以準(zhǔn)確地對滿城區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃進行評價分析。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable distribution network planning is the premise to ensure the safety and reliability of distribution network. The comprehensive benefit evaluation of distribution network planning is helpful to guide the decision-making of the planning scheme, optimize the distribution network structure and the rational utilization of resources, and is an important basis for selecting the distribution network planning scheme. Therefore, scientific and reasonable planning and evaluation of distribution network is an important subject of power system research. Firstly, this paper introduces the regional power supply, economic and social development, and the current situation of distribution network, summarizes the existing problems of the distribution network in Mancheng district. Secondly, it analyzes the load characteristics and load growth trend, forecasts load and electricity consumption, and then determines the distribution network planning criteria, based on the analysis of the distribution network status and related problems. Finally, considering the characteristics of distribution network, considering the influencing factors of distribution network economic benefit index, the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of distribution network planning is constructed. The method of interval Analytical hierarchy process (IAHP) is used to calculate the weight of comprehensive benefit index, which solves the problems of complexity and uncertainty of influencing factors in the process of evaluation. The results show that the evaluation model can accurately evaluate and analyze the distribution network planning in Mancheng district.
