【摘要】：提出了一種基于信度融合和滑�？刂频暮植际诫娫�(DG)智能配電網(wǎng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)暫態(tài)電壓擾動(dòng)源(TVDS)容錯(cuò)性自動(dòng)定位方法。在基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)的TVDS容錯(cuò)性自動(dòng)定位系統(tǒng)框架下,對(duì)其中關(guān)鍵功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,包括基于電能質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)優(yōu)化布置的電能質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)狀態(tài)估計(jì)、擾動(dòng)方向判定信度影響因素分析及信度融合、DG接入對(duì)擾動(dòng)方向判定影響規(guī)律分析與歸納。然后,提出一種基于滑�？刂频腡VDS容錯(cuò)性定位算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合考慮了擾動(dòng)方向融合信度、DG接入方向誤判校正的TVDS容錯(cuò)性自動(dòng)定位。最后,通過IEEE 34節(jié)點(diǎn)含DG配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)算例,分析驗(yàn)證了所提TVDS容錯(cuò)性定位方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:A fault tolerant automatic location method based on reliability fusion and sliding mode control (SMC) for transient voltage disturbance sources (TVs) in smart distribution networks with distributed power supply (DGG) is proposed in this paper. In the framework of TVDS fault-tolerant automatic positioning system based on networked power quality monitoring system platform, the principle of key function modules is analyzed in detail. It includes dynamic state estimation of power quality based on optimal arrangement of power quality monitoring points, analysis of factors influencing the reliability of disturbance direction determination, and analysis and induction of influence law of reliability fusion DG access on disturbance direction determination. Then, a fault tolerant location algorithm for TVDS based on sliding mode control is proposed, which can automatically locate TVDS fault tolerance by taking into account the disturbance direction fusion reliability and DG access direction error correction. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed TVDS fault tolerant location method are verified by an IEEE 34-node DG distribution network example.
