基于雙自由曲面的LED均勻照明準(zhǔn)直透鏡設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:基于幾何光學(xué)、能量守恒定律及菲涅耳定律等相關(guān)理論,提出了一種雙自由曲面半導(dǎo)體發(fā)光二極管(LED)準(zhǔn)直透鏡的光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方法,并給出了構(gòu)建準(zhǔn)直透鏡模型詳細(xì)的算法設(shè)計(jì)。自由曲面是一種關(guān)于中心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)對稱的曲面,該曲面的二維輪廓在非均勻有理B樣條曲線的方法理論基礎(chǔ)上,采用ProE軟件搭建而成。通過蒙特卡羅光線追跡模擬發(fā)現(xiàn),相比傳統(tǒng)的單自由曲面準(zhǔn)直透鏡,雙自由曲面準(zhǔn)直透鏡不僅提高了照度均勻性,而且在能量利用率上也有顯著的提高。研究結(jié)果表明,采用雙自由曲面將大大提升準(zhǔn)直透鏡的設(shè)計(jì)空間,改善LED透鏡的光學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:Based on geometric optics, energy conservation law and Fresnel's law, an optical design method for collimating lens with double free surface semiconductor light emitting diode (LED) is proposed, and a detailed algorithm for constructing collimating lens model is given. The free-form surface is a curved surface with rotating symmetry about the center axis. The two-dimensional contour of the surface is based on the method theory of non-uniform rational B-spline curve and is constructed by ProE software. Through Monte Carlo ray tracing simulation, it is found that the double free surface collimation lens not only improves the uniformity of illumination, but also improves the energy utilization rate significantly compared with the traditional single free surface collimation lens. The results show that the design space of collimating lens will be greatly improved by using double free surface, and the optical properties of LED lens will be improved.
