【摘要】：針對網(wǎng)架重構后期的大規(guī)模負荷恢復與頻率控制問題,基于分時步在線決策思想,并計及風電接入的場景,提出一種源荷協(xié)調(diào)恢復決策與控制方法。通過構建源荷協(xié)調(diào)恢復控制機制,能夠實現(xiàn)源荷兩側恢復的協(xié)調(diào)一致與負荷、風電的分批次、有序接入,確保系統(tǒng)頻率安全。在該機制下,建立源荷協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化模型,將單步負荷投入量最大和操作時間最短兩個目標同時考慮,并計及各類安全約束,采用多目標分層序列法,并創(chuàng)造性引入交流潮流近似線性化方法,將其轉化為混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃問題求解,顯著提高了求解效率,滿足在線快速決策的要求。IEEE 118節(jié)點算例驗證了所提方法的有效性和實用性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of large-scale load recovery and frequency control in the later stage of grid reconfiguration, based on the idea of time-sharing online decision, and considering the scenario of wind power access, a method of coordinated recovery decision and control of source load is proposed. By constructing the control mechanism of the coordinated recovery of the source and load, it can realize the coordination and load of both sides of the source and load, the batch of wind power, the orderly access, and ensure the frequency safety of the system. Under this mechanism, a coordinated optimization model of source load is established, which considers both the maximum load input and the shortest operating time of single step load, and takes into account all kinds of security constraints, and adopts multi-objective hierarchical sequence method. The method of approximate linearization of AC power flow is introduced creatively, which is transformed into mixed integer linear programming problem, and the efficiency of solving the problem is greatly improved. The IEEE 118-bus example shows the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
