考慮不確定因素的微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:微網(wǎng)是智能電網(wǎng)的重要組成部分,是能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)概念實現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)。電力作為重要的二次能源,具有清潔、高效、方便使用的優(yōu)點,在微網(wǎng)中,可再生能源通過電能的形式加以傳輸和利用,能夠有效緩解石油、煤炭等一次能源資源緊缺的壓力,同時最大程度上避免化石燃料帶來的環(huán)境污染,有助于維持我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的健康、協(xié)調(diào)及可持續(xù)發(fā)展。微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度問題作為微網(wǎng)的核心技術(shù)之一,其運行方案的優(yōu)劣決定了微網(wǎng)能否安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運行,因此在微網(wǎng)技術(shù)的研究中具有重要意義。本文對確定性微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度和不確定性微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度分別進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。針對確定性微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度,本文構(gòu)建了微網(wǎng)中各微源的數(shù)學(xué)模型,隨后以經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的綜合成本作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),在滿足一定約束條件的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的運行調(diào)度數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用改進(jìn)粒子群優(yōu)化算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,最終得到微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化調(diào)度方案,實現(xiàn)了微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化運行?紤]到上述模型中僅關(guān)注微網(wǎng)確定性因素導(dǎo)致的調(diào)度結(jié)果保守性問題,本文隨之構(gòu)建了不確定性微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度模型。針對微網(wǎng)中風(fēng)、光等可再生能源的不確定性,建立微網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運行調(diào)度模型。從不確定理論出發(fā),將風(fēng)電出力作為模糊隨機(jī)變量處理,將光伏出力作為模糊變量處理,構(gòu)造機(jī)會約束模糊隨機(jī)規(guī)劃模型,并采用模糊隨機(jī)模擬技術(shù)與遺傳算法相結(jié)合的混合智能算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,得到不同置信水平下的最優(yōu)解。將此結(jié)果同上述確定性模型進(jìn)行對比,得到微網(wǎng)調(diào)度過程中經(jīng)濟(jì)與風(fēng)險之間的關(guān)系,為調(diào)度方案的選擇提供了可靠參考。
[Abstract]:Microgrid is an important part of smart grid and the basis of realization of the concept of energy internet. As an important secondary energy source, electric power has the advantages of clean, efficient and convenient to use. In the microgrid, renewable energy can be transmitted and utilized through the form of electric energy, which can effectively relieve the pressure of the shortage of primary energy resources such as oil, coal, etc. At the same time, avoiding the environmental pollution caused by fossil fuels to the greatest extent will help to maintain the health, coordination and sustainable development of our economy and society. As one of the core technologies of microgrid, the optimal operation scheduling problem of microgrid determines whether the microgrid can operate safely and economically, so it is of great significance in the research of microgrid technology. In this paper, deterministic microgrid optimal scheduling and uncertain microgrid optimal scheduling are studied respectively. In order to optimize the operation scheduling of deterministic microgrid, this paper constructs the mathematical model of each microsource in the microgrid, and then takes the integrated cost of economy and environment as the optimization goal, and satisfies the certain constraint condition. The operation scheduling mathematical model of microgrid system is constructed, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the optimal scheduling scheme of micro-grid system is obtained, and the optimal operation of micro-grid system is realized. Considering the conservatism of scheduling results caused by the deterministic factors of microgrid in the above models, a scheduling model for optimal operation of uncertain micronetworks is constructed in this paper. Aiming at the uncertainty of renewable energy sources, such as stroke and light, the optimal operation scheduling model of microgrid is established. Based on uncertainty theory, wind power output force is treated as fuzzy random variable, photovoltaic output force is treated as fuzzy variable, and chance constrained fuzzy stochastic programming model is constructed. A hybrid intelligent algorithm combining fuzzy stochastic simulation and genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and the optimal solution is obtained at different confidence levels. By comparing the results with the above deterministic model, the relationship between economy and risk in the process of microgrid scheduling is obtained, which provides a reliable reference for the selection of scheduling schemes.
