【摘要】：為了滿足對寬范圍輸入電壓適應(yīng)能力與高效率的要求,通過對三電平LLC諧振變換器的控制策略進(jìn)行調(diào)整,得到一種多電平工作模式半橋LLC,該變換器可根據(jù)輸入電壓大小工作在兩種電平模式,在不改變諧振元件參數(shù)的前提下將輸入電壓適應(yīng)范圍擴(kuò)大一倍。對LLC變換器的電壓增益特性及功率損耗進(jìn)行分析,明確了其輸入電壓適應(yīng)范圍的限制因素。通過分析LLC變換器多電平工作模式及其對輸入電壓適應(yīng)范圍的影響,確定了多電平工作模式的控制策略。仿真和實驗結(jié)果證明了多電平工作模式半橋LLC的寬輸入適應(yīng)性以及高效性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of wide range input voltage adaptability and high efficiency, the control strategy of three-level LLC resonant converter is adjusted. A multilevel operation mode half-bridge LLC converter is presented, which can double the adaptive range of input voltage without changing the resonant component parameters according to the input voltage. The characteristics of voltage gain and power loss of LLC converter are analyzed, and the limiting factors of the adaptive range of input voltage are determined. By analyzing the multilevel operation mode of LLC converter and its influence on the adaptive range of input voltage, the control strategy of multilevel operation mode is determined. Simulation and experimental results show the wide input adaptability and high efficiency of multilevel half-bridge LLC.
