超高壓交聯(lián)電纜戶外終端的熱狀態(tài)評價方法

【摘要】:超高壓(EHV)交聯(lián)聚乙烯(XLPE)電纜戶外終端的絕緣故障對電網(wǎng)的運行穩(wěn)定性有重大影響,有效地評價其熱狀態(tài)對預(yù)判其絕緣故障有重要意義。為研究超高壓XLPE電纜戶外終端的熱狀態(tài)評價方法,分析了超高壓XLPE電纜戶外終端表面的熱場分布特性,提出了以超高壓電纜戶外終端表面的最大溫差為依據(jù)的熱狀態(tài)評價方法。按照IEC 62067:2011和GB/T 22078—2008標準要求,設(shè)計并運行了500 kV交聯(lián)電纜系統(tǒng)的預(yù)鑒定試驗。在不同環(huán)境溫度下,采用紅外熱成像方式分析了戶外終端表面的熱場分布特性。結(jié)果表明:評價超高壓電纜戶外終端表面的最大溫差,可有效減少外界環(huán)境變化對戶外終端熱場分析的干擾;熱狀態(tài)良好的超高壓電纜戶外終端的表面最大溫差值Δθ≈1℃,熱狀態(tài)不良的超高壓電纜戶外終端的表面最大溫差值Δθ1℃,Δθ值偏大提示戶外終端的熱狀態(tài)異常。試驗驗證了所提出超高壓交聯(lián)電纜戶外終端熱狀態(tài)評價方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The insulation failure of the outdoor terminal of the EHVXLPE) cable has a great influence on the stability of the power network. It is important to evaluate the thermal state of the cable effectively and to predict the insulation fault. In order to study the thermal state evaluation method of UHV XLPE cable outdoor terminal, the thermal field distribution characteristics of UHV XLPE cable outdoor terminal surface are analyzed, and a thermal state evaluation method based on the maximum temperature difference of UHV cable outdoor terminal surface is proposed. According to the requirements of IEC 62067: 2011 and GB/T 22078-2008, the pre-appraisal test of 500kV cross-linked cable system is designed and run. The thermal field distribution characteristics of outdoor terminal surface were analyzed by infrared thermal imaging under different ambient temperatures. The results show that evaluating the maximum temperature difference of the outdoor terminal surface of UHV cable can effectively reduce the interference of the external environment change to the analysis of the thermal field of the outdoor terminal, and the maximum temperature difference value 螖 胃 鈮,
