具有分壓電容平衡功能的新型組合九電平逆變器

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)多電平逆變器存在電平數(shù)大于3時(shí),分壓電容難以平衡,造成拓?fù)潆娐方Y(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜等問題,對擴(kuò)展NP點(diǎn)的混合H橋拓?fù)浜酮?dú)立分壓電容平衡拓?fù)潆娐愤M(jìn)行組合,簡化并得到一種新型九電平逆變器拓?fù)潆娐?針對該拓?fù)潆娐诽岢鱿鄳?yīng)的四載波層疊SPWM策略。通過仿真分析,擴(kuò)展NP點(diǎn)的混合H橋拓?fù)渲虚g兩個(gè)分壓電容電壓值幅度在基準(zhǔn)電壓0V上下波動(dòng),其幅度達(dá)到±25V;而新型九電平逆變器的分壓電容電壓值在期望值100V上下波動(dòng)時(shí),其波動(dòng)幅值小于±5V,因此,從仿真結(jié)果表明新型九電平逆變器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)及調(diào)制策略的應(yīng)用,不僅可降低輸出電壓紋波的幅值,還能達(dá)到分壓電容均衡的效果,并減少了兩個(gè)開關(guān)管的應(yīng)用,降低經(jīng)濟(jì)成本。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of traditional multilevel inverter, such as the voltage number is more than 3, the voltage divider capacitance is difficult to balance, and the topology circuit structure is complex, the hybrid H-bridge topology and the independent voltage capacitor balance topology circuit of extended NP point are combined. A novel nine-level inverter topology circuit is simplified and a four-carrier stacked SPWM strategy is proposed for the topology circuit. Through the simulation analysis, the voltage amplitude of the two voltage dividers in the middle of the hybrid H-bridge topology with extended NP points fluctuates up and down at the reference voltage 0V, and the amplitude reaches 鹵25V, while the voltage value of the new nine-level inverter fluctuates at the expected value of 100V. The fluctuation amplitude is less than 鹵5V. Therefore, the simulation results show that the application of the topology and modulation strategy of the novel nine-level inverter can not only reduce the amplitude of the output voltage ripple, but also achieve the effect of the equalization of the partial voltage capacitance. The application of two switches is reduced and the economic cost is reduced.
