【摘要】:該文提出一種多級滯環(huán)控制器與基于離散占空比的擴展開關表相結合的新型直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略。該策略可以在保證系統(tǒng)具有快速響應能力的前提下有效地降低磁鏈和轉(zhuǎn)矩波動。所提出的多級滯環(huán)控制器將轉(zhuǎn)矩、磁鏈誤差大小劃分成若干等級,從而能夠更詳盡的描述系統(tǒng)需要增、減轉(zhuǎn)矩或磁鏈的程度。文中對占空比進行離散化處理,在此基礎上生成不同幅值、不同相角的矢量作為備選矢量,豐富和擴展了傳統(tǒng)DTC開關表。此外,本文采用倒三角矩陣存儲備選矢量集合,并采用"二次尋優(yōu)"的方法準確、快速地從擴展開關表中選出目標矢量。最后對本文算法的可行性與有效性進行了實驗驗證。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a novel direct torque control strategy based on multistage hysteresis controller and extended switch table based on discrete duty cycle is proposed. This strategy can effectively reduce flux chain and torque ripple while ensuring the fast response ability of the system. The proposed multistage hysteresis controller divides the torque and flux error into several classes, which can describe in detail the degree of torque or flux chain that the system needs to increase or decrease. In this paper, the duty cycle is discretized, on the basis of which different amplitudes and different phase angles are generated as alternative vectors, which enriches and extends the traditional DTC switching table. In addition, the inverted triangular matrix is used to store the set of alternative vectors, and the method of "quadratic optimization" is used to select the target vectors quickly from the extended switch table. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by experiments.
