【摘要】：多個虛擬發(fā)電廠(virtual power plant,VPP)可以合作參與電力市場,通過聯(lián)合競標獲得收益。將VPP的一個調(diào)度?分配周期分為調(diào)度日、執(zhí)行日和分配日,調(diào)度日中采用多場景法處理日前市場電價和間歇性電源的不確定性,以VPP聯(lián)盟在日前市場的競標收益和平衡市場受到的獎懲之和最大為目標進行聯(lián)合競標;執(zhí)行日中由于間歇性電源實際出力與預測期望之間存在偏差,聯(lián)盟需承擔一定的獎懲。將VPP劃分為純可控類VPP和含間歇性電源類VPP,為研究各類VPP聯(lián)合調(diào)度對VPP個體是否有利,提出了基于各自不同特點的收益及獎懲的分攤方法和基于獎懲分攤期望的利害評判方法,并通過不同VPP組合的實際算例,驗證了所提分攤方法和評判方法的可行性和合理性。
[Abstract]:Multiple virtual power plants, virtual power plans, can collaborate to participate in the electricity market and make profits through joint bidding. Schedule a VPP? The allocation period is divided into scheduling day, execution day and distribution day. In scheduling day, multi-scenario method is used to deal with the uncertainty of market price and intermittent power supply. Aiming at the maximum sum of rewards and penalties received by the VPP alliance in the pre-day market and the maximum sum of the rewards and penalties received in the market, the alliance should bear certain rewards and punishments due to the deviation between the actual output of the intermittent power supply and the forecast expectation in the execution day. The VPP is divided into pure controllable VPP and VPP with intermittent power supply. In order to study whether each kind of VPP joint scheduling is beneficial to the individual of VPP, this paper puts forward a method of allocation of income, rewards and punishments based on their own characteristics, and a method of evaluating interests based on the expectation of reward and punishment sharing. The feasibility and rationality of the proposed allocation method and evaluation method are verified by practical examples of different VPP combinations.
