雙饋電機雙逆變器控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著電力傳動和電力電子技術的不斷發(fā)展,交流調速系統(tǒng)已取代直流調速系統(tǒng)成為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和社會生活主要的傳動方式。雙饋電機作為一種特殊的異步電機,具有控制簡單、調速范圍寬、能量方便回饋等優(yōu)點,應用在調速系統(tǒng)上具有巨大的潛力。本文在參閱了大量資料的基礎上,研究了一種雙饋電機雙逆變器控制系統(tǒng)。該控制系統(tǒng)具有調速范圍寬、定轉子逆變器承擔功率靈活可調、兩逆變器互為備用,系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定性高等特點,適用于電動汽車等需要寬調速范圍及高安全穩(wěn)定性的場合。雙饋電機為高階、多變量、非線性系統(tǒng),本文在研究雙逆變器控制系統(tǒng)之前,首先對雙饋電機的數(shù)學模型進行了詳細的分析,并分別給出了雙饋電機在兩相同步旋轉和靜止坐標系下的數(shù)學模型。為減小雙饋電機啟動過程中的沖擊電流,研究了基于定子磁鏈定向的轉子初始位置角的觀測方法,并推導了其表達式。深入分析了雙饋電機雙逆變器控制系統(tǒng)的原理。為實現(xiàn)定轉子電流的獨立控制和兩逆變器功率的靈活可調,提出一種定轉子逆變器雙電流環(huán)控制策略;為進一步提高系統(tǒng)調速范圍,進行了磁鏈控制器的設計。恒轉矩控制時使系統(tǒng)在最大轉矩電流比的狀態(tài)下運行,恒功率控制時弱磁運行;為提高系統(tǒng)的安全可靠性,給出了雙饋電機的單逆變器運行策略,使系統(tǒng)在發(fā)生單一逆變器故障時仍可穩(wěn)定運行;研究了一種適用于雙逆變器控制系統(tǒng)的轉子初始位置角觀測方法,有效減小了啟動過程中的沖擊電流;搭建了雙逆變器系統(tǒng)的Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,對系統(tǒng)的寬調速范圍、逆變器功率靈活可調、兩逆變器互為備用等特性進行了驗證,證明了策略的有效性。雙饋電機的定轉子側電壓電流均方便觀測,為無速度傳感器控制策略的設計提供了便利。本文比較了基于直接檢測量的開環(huán)觀測方案、基于定子電流的閉環(huán)控制方案和基于定子磁鏈的參考模型自適應速度觀測方案優(yōu)缺點,提出了基于定子磁鏈參考模型自適應的雙逆變器無速度觀測方案,并進行了其自適應律的推導。該方案能夠對觀測的轉速誤差進行修正,觀測效果好,從而能夠獲得準確的速度信息,提高了調速系統(tǒng)的魯棒性和可靠性。最后搭建了雙饋電機雙逆變器調速系統(tǒng)的實驗平臺,對上文所述的控制系統(tǒng)進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of power transmission and power electronics technology, AC speed regulation system has become the main transmission mode in industrial production and social life instead of DC speed regulation system. As a special asynchronous motor, doubly-fed machine has the advantages of simple control, wide speed range, convenient energy feedback and so on. It has great potential in speed regulation system. In this paper, a double-fed inverter control system is studied on the basis of a lot of data. The control system has the characteristics of wide speed range, flexible adjustable power of stator and rotor inverter, standby of two inverters, high safety and stability of the system, etc. It is suitable for electric vehicles which need wide speed range and high safety and stability. The doubly-fed machine is a high-order, multi-variable, nonlinear system. Before studying the control system of the double-fed inverter, the mathematical model of the double-fed machine is analyzed in detail. The mathematical models of doubly fed machine in two phase synchronous rotation and stationary coordinate system are given. In order to reduce the impulse current in the starting process of doubly-fed motor, the measurement method of rotor initial position angle based on stator flux orientation is studied, and its expression is derived. The principle of double inverter control system of doubly-fed machine is analyzed. In order to realize the independent control of the stator and rotor current and the flexible adjustment of the power of the two inverters, a dual current loop control strategy for the stator / rotor inverter is proposed, and the flux chain controller is designed to further improve the speed range of the system. In order to improve the safety and reliability of the system, the operation strategy of single inverter is given in order to improve the safety and reliability of the system, which makes the system run under the state of the maximum torque / current ratio and the weak magnetic field during the constant power control. The system can still operate stably when a single inverter fault occurs, and a new method of rotor initial position angle observation is studied, which can effectively reduce the impulse current in the starting process of the dual inverter control system. The Matlab/Simulink simulation model of the dual inverter system is built. The characteristics of the system such as wide speed range, flexible and adjustable power of the inverter, and the two inverters are used as backup are verified, and the effectiveness of the strategy is proved. The voltage and current on the stator and rotor sides of the doubly-fed machine are easy to observe, which provides convenience for the design of the speed sensorless control strategy. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of open-loop observation scheme based on direct detection, closed-loop control scheme based on stator current and adaptive velocity observation scheme based on stator flux reference model are compared. Based on the stator flux reference model, a speed free observation scheme for double inverters is proposed and its adaptive law is derived. This scheme can correct the rotational speed error, and the observation effect is good, thus the accurate velocity information can be obtained, and the robustness and reliability of the speed regulating system can be improved. Finally, the experiment platform of the double-fed inverter speed regulation system is built, and the control system is verified.
