換流變壓器下新型纖維素絕緣紙?zhí)匦跃C述

【摘要】:換流變壓器是高壓直流輸電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,其閥側(cè)主絕緣由于運(yùn)行工況電場(chǎng)情況復(fù)雜通常具有較高的故障率。雖然通過(guò)在線監(jiān)測(cè)及故障診斷技術(shù)手段可以提高絕緣可靠性,但若考慮到停電維修所帶來(lái)維修和輸電損失成本,高壓直流輸電網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行有效性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性并不能得到有效保證。油紙絕緣作為換流變壓器閥側(cè)的主要絕緣形式,其絕緣可靠性與換流變壓器安全運(yùn)行緊密相關(guān)。其中在閥側(cè)處構(gòu)成固體絕緣的絕緣紙不僅長(zhǎng)期受到熱應(yīng)力作用造成絕緣劣化,同時(shí)還承受交直流疊加和極性反轉(zhuǎn)等復(fù)雜電場(chǎng)作用,容易積聚空間電荷、承受更多的直流場(chǎng)強(qiáng)分量,并且其在劣化后引起的性能下降是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的,因此絕緣紙的性能是決定換流變壓器運(yùn)行可靠性的重要因素。為了保障換流變壓器安全可靠運(yùn)行,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)及課題組相關(guān)研究成果,旨在從提升纖維素絕緣紙的抗熱老化性能、耐絕緣擊穿特性以及空間電荷分布特性三大方面闡述當(dāng)前采用改性技術(shù)提升絕緣紙性能的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析各改性方法的利弊,探究經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的纖維素絕緣紙改性方法,從本質(zhì)上提升換流變壓器運(yùn)行可靠性。
[Abstract]:The converter transformer is one of the key equipment of HVDC transmission network. The main insulation of the valve side is usually high failure rate due to the complicated electric field in the operating condition. Although the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology can improve the insulation reliability, the maintenance and transmission cost of the power outage maintenance will be taken into account, and the high voltage is taken into account. The efficiency and economy of the DC transmission network can not be effectively guaranteed. As the main insulation form of the valve side of the converter transformer, the insulation reliability of the oil paper insulation is closely related to the safe operation of the converter transformer. It is also subjected to complex electric fields such as alternating current and direct superposition and polarity reversal. It is easy to accumulate space charge and withstand more DC field strength, and its performance decline after deterioration is irreversible. Therefore, the performance of insulation paper is an important factor determining the operation reliability of converter transformer. In order to ensure the safety of converter transformer, By running, combining the related research results of domestic and foreign literature and project group, this paper aims to elaborate the current research status of improving insulation paper performance by using modified technology from three aspects of improving thermal aging properties of cellulose insulating paper, insulation breakdown characteristics and space charge distribution characteristics, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various modification methods and exploring the feasibility of economic feasibility. The modification method of cellulose insulation paper improves the operational reliability of converter transformer in essence.
