基于負(fù)荷持續(xù)曲線的配電網(wǎng)運行效率評價

【摘要】:對配電網(wǎng)運行效率的評價有利于把握電網(wǎng)運營現(xiàn)狀、提高決策水平、引導(dǎo)投資方向。針對目前對配電網(wǎng)運行效率評價存在的一些問題,首先對影響配電網(wǎng)運行效率的因素進行了分析,并提出基于負(fù)荷持續(xù)曲線的設(shè)備運行效率評價模型,該模型綜合考慮電網(wǎng)安全性和設(shè)備運行經(jīng)濟性,提出了最大可輸送負(fù)荷、基于安全運行限值的平均負(fù)載率、安全風(fēng)險懲罰因子等全新指標(biāo);分析了負(fù)荷持續(xù)曲線形狀對安全風(fēng)險懲罰因子的影響;在設(shè)備運行效率基礎(chǔ)上提出系統(tǒng)運行效率和系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)度的計算方法,以反映配電網(wǎng)整體運行效率及各層級設(shè)備運行效率之間的協(xié)調(diào)程度。算例分析結(jié)果驗證了模型的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of distribution network operation efficiency is beneficial to grasp the current situation of power network operation, improve the level of decision-making, and guide the investment direction. Aiming at some problems existing in the evaluation of distribution network operation efficiency at present, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the distribution network operation efficiency, and puts forward the equipment operation efficiency evaluation model based on the load continuity curve. Considering the security of the power network and the operation economy of the equipment, the new indexes, such as the maximum transportable load, the average load rate based on the safe operation limit, the safety risk penalty factor and so on, are put forward in this model. The influence of load duration curve shape on safety risk penalty factor is analyzed, and the calculation method of system operation efficiency and system coordination degree is put forward on the basis of equipment operation efficiency. To reflect the overall operational efficiency of the distribution network and the level of coordination between the operational efficiency of equipment. The feasibility and validity of the model are verified by an example.
