穩(wěn)壓器快速卸壓閥(閘閥)的研究

【摘要】:快速卸壓閘閥作為ACP1000的關鍵閥門,在機組正常運行及設計基準事故期間,處于關閉狀態(tài)。在嚴重事故工況下,快速卸壓閥執(zhí)行排放卸壓功能,在主控室或遠程停堆站由操作員根據(jù)有關嚴重事故處理規(guī)程開啟閥門,完成反應堆冷卻劑系統(tǒng)的快速卸壓。目前,該閥門設備國內研制還屬于空白階段,國外也只有WELAN在EPR項目上設計生產過。由于EPR項目首堆尚未調試運行,因此該閥門實際上尚未使用,因此,研制開發(fā)穩(wěn)壓器快速卸壓閥迫在眉睫?焖傩秹洪l閥的設計難點在于當設備處于嚴重事故工況下,閥門需要在當閥門入口溫度達到600℃時能夠順利開啟閥門;當介質溫度到達1100℃時,閥門仍能處于開啟狀態(tài)。本課題根據(jù)理論計算,確定了卸壓閥的零件間隙尺寸,結合三維模型,運用ANSYS軟件對閥門進行瞬態(tài)熱分析,仿真模擬閥門在600℃下,0~600s時,閥門的熱傳導過程。分析結果表明閥門零件間隙取值合理,不會發(fā)生卡死現(xiàn)象、能夠正常開啟。并且模擬了在1100℃下,閥體、閥桿材料的性能,證明了它們不會發(fā)生塌陷影響流道,閥桿不會被閘板拉斷,因此閥門能夠保持開啟狀態(tài)。本課題主要針對快速卸壓閘閥進行仿真模擬熱傳導研究,利用簡化模型為基礎,研究了高溫工況的瞬態(tài)熱分析,取得了一定的成果,并為該類閥門國產化的進程提供了一定的參考依據(jù)。下一步我們將著重對熱邊界條件進行研究,提高仿真模擬和實際工況的吻合度。
[Abstract]:As the key valve of ACP1000, the fast relief gate valve is closed during the normal operation of the unit and the design reference accident.Under the serious accident condition, the quick pressure relief valve performs discharge and relief function, and the operator opens the valve in the main control room or the remote shutdown station according to the relevant serious accident treatment rules to complete the rapid pressure release of the reactor coolant system.At present, the domestic development of the valve equipment is still blank, and only WELAN has been designed and produced on the EPR project.Since the first pile of EPR project has not been debugged and run, the valve has not actually been used, so it is urgent to develop the rapid relief valve of the regulator.The design difficulty of fast relief gate valve is that when the equipment is in serious accident condition, the valve needs to open the valve smoothly when the inlet temperature of valve reaches 600 鈩,
