核電廠OBE報警方式的時效性和可靠性對比分析

【摘要】:利用我國2003年至2015年間發(fā)生的31次地震的1642組記錄,對比分析了二代與三代核電廠運行基準(zhǔn)地震(OBE)報警方法的時效性與可靠性。結(jié)果表明,對同一地震動,二代與三代核電廠OBE都超限的條件下,三代核電廠OBE報警的時間普遍較二代核電廠OBE報警晚,平均相差20 s。三代核電廠OBE報警之前,臺站所遭受的地震動加速度幅值最大可達0.7g。利用4次地震Ⅵ度區(qū)的108個臺站數(shù)據(jù)進行OBE超限判別,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),三代核電廠OBE超限的臺站僅占總臺站數(shù)的41%,二代核電廠OBE超限的臺站數(shù)占總臺站數(shù)的63%(廣核)、76%(中核)。因此三代核電廠OBE報警參數(shù)的閾值選取過程中,為了避免小震近場大脈沖和小幅值長持時地震動造成的不必要停堆,降低了報警的時效性和可靠性,這對于非常重要的核設(shè)施而言是偏于不安全的。
[Abstract]:Based on 1642 sets of records of 31 earthquakes in China from 2003 to 2015, the timeliness and reliability of the second generation and the third generation nuclear power plant operating reference earthquake warning methods are compared and analyzed.The results show that for the same ground motion, the OBE alarm time of the third generation nuclear power plant is generally later than that of the second generation nuclear power plant OBE, and the average difference is 20 s under the condition that the OBE of the second generation and the third generation of nuclear power plant are exceeded the limit.Before the OBE alarm of the third generation nuclear power plant, the maximum amplitude of ground motion acceleration suffered by the station can reach 0.7 g.By using 108 station data in the 鈪,
