改善電廠調(diào)頻性能的儲能策略研究和容量配置

【摘要】:具有快速充放電特性的儲能技術(shù),作為一種新的調(diào)頻方式已逐步進入多國的輔助服務市場,參與到傳統(tǒng)機組的自動發(fā)電控制(AGC)中;谌A北地區(qū)的輔助服務補償政策,提出了改善電廠調(diào)頻性能的儲能充放電策略和容量配置方法。首先,根據(jù)政策中AGC考核指標Kp值的定義,提出調(diào)節(jié)速率、調(diào)節(jié)精度、響應時間3項指標的計算方法,并制定出提升調(diào)節(jié)性能、降低響應時間的儲能充放電策略。同時,為了延長儲能的使用壽命,制定了電池荷電狀態(tài)的越限回歸策略。在分析儲能各項成本和收益的基礎上,建立了以凈收益最大為目標函數(shù)的儲能經(jīng)濟性模型。最后,通過具體算例,對使用該策略前后機組的AGC性能進行對比分析并采用差分進化算法計算出了機組配置儲能的最優(yōu)容量。結(jié)果表明,使用儲能策略可以顯著提升機組的Kp值,帶來明顯的調(diào)頻收益。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of frequency modulation, the energy storage technology with rapid charge-discharge characteristics has gradually entered the auxiliary service market of many countries and participated in the automatic generation control system (AGCC) of traditional generating units.Based on the policy of supplementary service compensation in North China, a charging and discharging strategy and capacity allocation method for improving the frequency modulation performance of power plant are proposed.Firstly, according to the definition of Kp value of AGC assessment index in policy, the calculation methods of regulation rate, adjustment precision and response time are put forward, and a charging and discharging strategy for improving regulation performance and reducing response time is worked out.At the same time, in order to prolong the service life of energy storage, the overrun regression strategy of battery charge state was established.On the basis of analyzing the cost and benefit of energy storage, the economic model of energy storage with the maximum net income as the objective function is established.Finally, the AGC performance of the unit before and after the strategy is compared and analyzed by a concrete example, and the optimal capacity of the unit configuration energy storage is calculated by using the differential evolution algorithm.The results show that using the energy storage strategy can significantly increase the Kp value of the unit and bring about obvious FM income.
