【摘要】:為了研究潮氣侵入對油浸紙(OIP)套管電氣特性的影響,研制了油浸紙?zhí)坠茉囼災P?并利用超聲波加濕器產生的水霧來模擬套管受潮環(huán)境,研究了受潮后套管模型不同靜置時間對油中水分質量濃度、局部放電起始特性、介質損耗角正切值、電容量等特征參量的影響。結果表明:受潮后油中水分質量濃度隨靜置時間的變化而呈現先升高后降低的趨勢;根據油中水分質量濃度20 mg/L的警示值,可將潮氣侵入套管后電氣特性變化劃分為3個階段即低水分階段、高水分階段、水分向紙遷移階段,且3個階段中,介質損耗角正切值均隨試驗電壓的升高而呈現增長的趨勢;現行試驗規(guī)程中對低水分階段受潮套管的檢測存在誤判的可能;高電壓下介質損耗角正切值增量對檢測受潮缺陷套管較靈敏,可將階梯升壓至2Um/1.732(Um為設備最高運行電壓)時介質損耗角正切值最大增量Δtanδ為0.2%作為判斷指標。因此,可根據高電壓介質損耗角正切值增長趨勢以及局部放電情況來判斷套管主絕緣的性能狀況,以便及早發(fā)現受潮套管。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of moisture invasion on the electrical characteristics of oil-impregnated paper (OIP) casing, a test model of oil-impregnated paper casing was developed, and the water mist produced by ultrasonic humidifier was used to simulate the damp environment of the casing.The effects of different static time of casing model on water concentration, initial characteristics of partial discharge, dielectric loss angle tangent and capacitance were studied.The results show that the moisture concentration in the oil increases first and then decreases with the change of the rest time, according to the warning value of 20 mg/L of moisture concentration in the oil,The changes of electrical characteristics after moisture intrusion into casing can be divided into three stages: low moisture stage, high moisture stage, moisture migration stage, and the tangent value of dielectric loss angle increases with the increase of test voltage.It is possible to misjudge the detection of damp casing in low moisture stage in current test rules, and the increment of tangent value of dielectric loss angle at high voltage is more sensitive to the detection of dampened defective casing.The maximum increment of dielectric loss angle tangent 螖 tan 未 is 0.2% when the step voltage is raised to 2Um/1.732(Um as the maximum operating voltage of the equipment.Therefore, the performance of the main insulation of the casing can be judged according to the increasing trend of the tangent value of high voltage dielectric loss angle and partial discharge, so as to detect the damped casing as early as possible.
