基于FBG測溫與熱路模型的繞組熱點溫度研究

【摘要】:為了早期發(fā)現(xiàn)油浸式電力變壓器長期運(yùn)行時可能存在的異常溫升,需對其熱點溫度進(jìn)行監(jiān)測與判斷。利用光纖Bragg光柵(FBG)傳感技術(shù)的絕緣性與耐高壓特性,對變壓器繞組與變壓器油的溫度進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。結(jié)合熱電類比法建立變壓器繞組與變壓器油之間換熱的熱路模型,對變壓器繞組熱點位置及其溫度進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,變壓器額定功率工作條件下,繞組熱點位于距繞組底部45cm處,熱點溫度約為66.8℃;而工作在1.3倍額定功率時,熱點位于40~45 cm之間,熱點溫度約為71.5℃。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the abnormal temperature rise of oil-immersed power transformer during its long term operation, it is necessary to monitor and judge the hot spot temperature. The insulation and high voltage resistance of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology are used. The temperature of transformer winding and transformer oil is monitored. The heat transfer model between transformer winding and transformer oil is established by thermoelectric analogy, and the hot spot and temperature of transformer winding are analyzed. Under the rated power working condition, the hot spot of the transformer is located at the 45cm at the bottom of the winding, and the hot spot temperature is about 66.8 鈩,
