【摘要】：以一組正負序諧波電流對為研究對象,構(gòu)建了多同步旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標系下永磁同步電機的諧波電壓模型,該模型揭示了正負序諧波電壓與諧波電流之間的耦合關(guān)系。通過在傳統(tǒng)矢量控制系統(tǒng)上增加參考諧波電流計算模塊與前饋諧波電壓計算模塊,構(gòu)建一種諧波電流注入控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)中電流比例積分(PI)控制器只需完成基波電流對應(yīng)直流量的跟蹤,諧波電流的跟蹤性能則由前饋的諧波電壓保證。選取兩種永磁同步電機作為諧波電流注入的試驗對象,對比具有前饋諧波電壓的系統(tǒng)與僅包含電流PI控制器的系統(tǒng)的諧波電流響應(yīng)結(jié)果,臺架試驗結(jié)果表明前饋諧波電壓能夠有效地改善高頻諧波電流注入的效果,另外從時域及頻域分別對電機輸出的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動信號進行對比和分析,結(jié)果表明:利用前饋諧波電壓能更準確地完成諧波電流的注入,進而實現(xiàn)永磁同步電機轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動的有效抑制。
[Abstract]:Taking a group of positive and negative sequence harmonic current pairs as the research object, the harmonic voltage model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in multi-synchronous rotating coordinate system is constructed. The model reveals the coupling relationship between positive and negative sequence harmonic voltage and harmonic current. By adding reference harmonic current calculation module and feedforward harmonic voltage calculation module to the traditional vector control system, a harmonic current injection control system is constructed. In this system, the current proportional integral (Pi) controller only needs to complete the tracking of the fundamental current corresponding to the direct current, and the tracking performance of the harmonic current is guaranteed by the feedforward harmonic voltage. Two kinds of permanent magnet synchronous motors are selected as the test objects of harmonic current injection. The harmonic current response of the system with feedforward harmonic voltage is compared with that of the system with only current Pi controller. The bench test results show that the feedforward harmonic voltage can effectively improve the effect of high frequency harmonic current injection. In addition, the torque ripple signals of the motor are compared and analyzed from the time domain and the frequency domain respectively. The results show that the harmonic current injection can be completed more accurately by using the feedforward harmonic voltage. Thus, the torque ripple of PMSM can be effectively suppressed.
