【摘要】：針對(duì)某火電廠單級(jí)高速離心式鼓風(fēng)機(jī)低速端滑動(dòng)軸承梳齒迷宮密封存在漏油問題,根據(jù)密封要求及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況條件,提出采用磁力機(jī)械密封替換原有梳齒迷宮密封。根據(jù)密封要求,對(duì)磁力機(jī)械密封進(jìn)行理論研究和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明,設(shè)計(jì)的磁力機(jī)械密封能滿足離心式鼓風(fēng)機(jī)低速端滑動(dòng)軸承的密封要求,解決了設(shè)備的漏油問題。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of oil leakage in labyrinth seal of single stage high speed centrifugal blower with combing teeth at low speed end, according to the sealing requirements and field working conditions, A magnetic mechanical seal is proposed to replace the original labyrinth seal. According to the seal requirements, the theoretical study and structural design of the magnetic mechanical seal are carried out. The designed magnetic mechanical seal can meet the sealing requirements of centrifugal blower sliding bearing at low speed and solve the oil leakage problem of the equipment.
