分布式光纖測(cè)溫技術(shù)在電力行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:光纖(optic fiber)全稱為光導(dǎo)纖維,它是常用的圓柱形介質(zhì)波導(dǎo)材料。光波沿著光纖傳播是以光的全反射原理為理論基礎(chǔ)。光纖傳感技術(shù)實(shí)質(zhì)是通過光纖通訊將光作為被測(cè)量的載體對(duì)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。光纖傳感技術(shù)具有與所測(cè)對(duì)象非接觸性、測(cè)量的精度高和靈敏度高,并且反應(yīng)速度快等特點(diǎn)。本文通過對(duì)不同電氣設(shè)備中的溫度監(jiān)測(cè)進(jìn)行研究,與傳統(tǒng)測(cè)溫方式比較,設(shè)計(jì)出符合目前需求的光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)。論文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)比較研究多種電氣設(shè)備現(xiàn)有測(cè)溫技術(shù)存在的不足。(2)采用光纖傳感器進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)操作,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性。(3)對(duì)光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),研究光纖在不同電氣設(shè)備中的準(zhǔn)確性情況。在主體架構(gòu)確定的基礎(chǔ)上,集成相應(yīng)電氣設(shè)備參數(shù)采集模塊,包括數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊,分析模塊以及異常處理檢測(cè)模塊。(4)對(duì)光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試,提高其穩(wěn)定性以及準(zhǔn)確性,針對(duì)不同參數(shù)的測(cè)量結(jié)果,對(duì)光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)中各芯片以及材料進(jìn)行替換選擇,包括光纖材質(zhì),光纖傳感器選型,參數(shù)處理軟件調(diào)整。(5)提出改進(jìn)的小波分析降噪處理技術(shù),用于測(cè)溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)噪聲濾除。(6)對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)地測(cè)試,安裝在電氣設(shè)備中,進(jìn)行參數(shù)測(cè)量。通過數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果,完善解決方案。
[Abstract]:Fiber optic fiber. is called optical fiber. It is a commonly used cylindrical dielectric waveguide material. The optical wave propagating along the fiber is based on the theory of total reflection of light. The essence of optical fiber sensing technology is to detect the target by using light as the carrier of measurement through optical fiber communication. Fiber optic sensing technology is non-contact with the measured object, The measurement has the characteristics of high precision, high sensitivity, and fast reaction speed. In this paper, the temperature monitoring in different electrical equipment is studied and compared with the traditional temperature measurement method. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) comparing and studying the shortcomings of the existing temperature measurement techniques of various electrical equipment. (2) using optical fiber sensors to simulate the experimental operation, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The whole design of optical fiber temperature measuring system is carried out in laboratory environment, and the accuracy of optical fiber in different electrical equipment is studied. (4) to test the optical fiber temperature measurement system in laboratory to improve its stability and accuracy, according to the measurement results of different parameters, The chip and material in the optical fiber temperature measurement system are replaced and selected, including optical fiber material, optical fiber sensor selection, parameter processing software adjustment. (5) the improved wavelet analysis noise reduction processing technology is put forward. It is used to test the whole system, install it in the electrical equipment, measure the parameters, and perfect the solution through the data result.
