基于DSP軟開(kāi)關(guān)模糊自適應(yīng)弧焊電源的研究

【摘要】:逆變弧焊電源廣泛應(yīng)用在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐以及日常生活中,市面上的逆變弧焊電源采用模擬控制與硬開(kāi)關(guān)電路實(shí)現(xiàn),具有效率低、可靠性較差、控制靈活性較差等缺點(diǎn)。針對(duì)市面上逆變弧焊電源以上的缺點(diǎn),本文將從電源的數(shù)字控制與軟開(kāi)關(guān)方面進(jìn)行研究,設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),它將對(duì)提高焊接工藝與技術(shù)、節(jié)能環(huán)保,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在移相全橋電路拓?fù)浠A(chǔ)上,本文采用并分析了一種改進(jìn)的全橋軟開(kāi)關(guān)電路拓?fù)?即通過(guò)將飽和電感與阻斷電容相串聯(lián),來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)超前橋臂的零電壓開(kāi)通與關(guān)斷和滯后橋臂的零電流開(kāi)通與關(guān)斷。結(jié)合ZVZCS實(shí)現(xiàn)條件進(jìn)行了主電路設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)關(guān)鍵元器件進(jìn)行計(jì)算,實(shí)現(xiàn)軟開(kāi)關(guān),減小了電路的開(kāi)通與關(guān)斷損耗,減小了回路中的環(huán)流,提高了電源的工作性能。對(duì)該拓?fù)潆娐愤M(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了本設(shè)計(jì)的可行性與正確性。本設(shè)計(jì)控制部分采用了基于電壓模糊PI自校正控制系統(tǒng),制訂了詳細(xì)的模糊規(guī)則,有效地調(diào)節(jié)逆變弧焊電源電壓,并且采用帶電流峰值限制的P控制器作為電流內(nèi)環(huán),限制變換器主元件電流,對(duì)該控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真研究,和傳統(tǒng)弧焊電源雙閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了比較,證明了該控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)越性。在控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方面,采用DSP芯片TMS320F28335使系統(tǒng)控制靈活性得到顯著地提高。設(shè)計(jì)了電壓電流采樣電路、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、保護(hù)電路等硬件電路,對(duì)電路的工作原理與過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析;闡述了系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)思想,編寫(xiě)了對(duì)應(yīng)的控制程序流程圖。
[Abstract]:Inverter arc welding power source is widely used in production practice and daily life. The inverter arc welding power source in the market is realized by analog control and hard switch circuit, which has low efficiency and poor reliability. In view of the shortcomings above the inverter arc welding power source on the market, this paper will study, design and implement the digital control and soft switch of the power supply, which will improve the welding process and technology, and save energy and environmental protection. On the basis of the phase-shifted full-bridge circuit topology, an improved full-bridge soft-switching circuit topology is adopted and analyzed in this paper, that is, the saturated inductance is connected with the blocking capacitance in series. To realize the zero voltage turn-on and turn-off of the lead-bridge arm and the zero-current turn-on and turn-off of the lagged arm. The main circuit design is carried out in combination with the ZVZCS realization condition, and the key components are calculated to realize the soft switch. The circuit opening and turn-off losses are reduced, the circulation in the circuit is reduced, and the working performance of the power supply is improved. The simulation experiment of the topology circuit is carried out. The feasibility and correctness of the design are verified. The control part of the design adopts the voltage fuzzy Pi self-tuning control system, and formulates the detailed fuzzy rules, which effectively adjusts the voltage of the inverter arc welding power source. A P controller with peak current limitation is used as the inner current loop to limit the current of the main component of the converter. The control system is simulated and compared with the traditional double closed loop system of arc welding power supply. The advantages of the control system are proved. In the design of the control system, the control flexibility of the system is improved significantly by using DSP chip TMS320F28335. The hardware circuits such as voltage and current sampling circuit, driving circuit and protection circuit are designed. The working principle and process of the circuit are analyzed, the software design idea of the system is expounded, and the corresponding control program flow chart is compiled.
