低熔點多元混合熔鹽的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:為了獲得聚光型太陽能熱發(fā)電用的更低熔點熔融鹽儲熱傳熱材料,采用材料摻雜改性方法,在Li NO3-KNO3-Ca(NO3)2三元低熔點共晶混合鹽中加入Na Cl,制備了Li NO3-KNO3-Ca(NO3)2-Na Cl新混合熔鹽。對新混合熔鹽分別進行了DSC熔點測定、TG動態(tài)熱穩(wěn)定測定、48 h靜態(tài)熱穩(wěn)定測試和熔鹽液態(tài)密度測定。DSC實驗結(jié)果表明,新混合熔鹽的熔點為109.3℃,比原三元混合熔鹽的熔點(117.2℃)降低了7.9℃,對應(yīng)的相變潛熱為48.6 J/g;TG動態(tài)熱穩(wěn)定和靜態(tài)熱穩(wěn)定實驗表明,新混合熔鹽的熱穩(wěn)定溫度為500℃,比原三元混合熔鹽的熱穩(wěn)定溫度(450℃)高50℃;液態(tài)密度實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),該混合熔鹽在180~500℃時的液態(tài)密度為1.7~1.9g/cm3。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain lower melting point molten salt heat storage heat transfer material for concentrated solar thermal power generation, the material doping modification method was adopted. The new mixed molten salt of Li NO3-KNO3-Ca(NO3)2-Na Cl was prepared by adding NaCl into Li NO3-KNO3-Ca(NO3)2 ternary low melting point eutectic mixed salt. The new mixed molten salt was measured by DSC melting point measurement and TG dynamic thermal stability measurement for 48 h, and the liquid density of molten salt was measured.
