高效反滲透組合工藝在火電廠廢水零排放中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:內(nèi)蒙古某電廠采用石灰軟化+過濾+離子交換+高效反滲透工藝處理高含鹽廢水。介紹了工藝流程和出水水質(zhì),并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,該廢水零排放系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,高效反滲透裝置回收率≥95%,脫鹽率≥90%,出水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)符合回用要求,能夠滿足生產(chǎn)需要。
