【摘要】:就AgSn合金壓坯氧化燒結(jié)一體化工藝進(jìn)行探究。通過XRD和SEM等手段對(duì)制得的AgSn合金粉末進(jìn)行表征,系統(tǒng)考察了氧化溫度、氧化時(shí)間、成型壓力、燒結(jié)溫度和燒結(jié)時(shí)間對(duì)AgSn合金壓坯氧化率、相對(duì)密度和抗彎強(qiáng)度的影響。確定了較適宜的氧化溫度和時(shí)間為700℃和2 h,較適宜的燒結(jié)溫度和時(shí)間為900℃和3 h,較適宜的壓坯壓力為250 MPa。結(jié)果表明:AgSn合金壓坯氧化燒結(jié)一體化工藝不但能夠簡化傳統(tǒng)粉末冶金工藝流程,提高生產(chǎn)效率,并且能夠提高粉末的燒結(jié)活性。
[Abstract]:The integrated process of oxidation and sintering of AgSn alloy billet was studied. The prepared AgSn alloy powder was characterized by XRD and SEM. The oxidation temperature and oxidation time were systematically investigated. The effects of molding pressure, sintering temperature and sintering time on the oxidation rate, relative density and bending strength of AgSn alloy billet were investigated.
