【摘要】:以概念設計的300 MW富氧燃煤鍋爐煙氣壓縮系統(tǒng)為研究對象,采用集中參數(shù)法建立了煙氣壓縮機和煙氣冷卻器動態(tài)數(shù)學模型,并建立了相應仿真模型。在B-MCR工況下,進行了給煤機轉(zhuǎn)速和煙氣壓縮機轉(zhuǎn)速等擾動試驗。結(jié)果表明:當給煤機轉(zhuǎn)速擾動或煙氣壓縮機轉(zhuǎn)速擾動時,煙氣壓縮系統(tǒng)各運行參數(shù)響應較為靈敏、變化幅度較大;而一次再循環(huán)風機擋板開度擾動和煙氣冷卻器冷卻水閥門開度擾動,對系統(tǒng)各運行參數(shù)影響小,響應時間長。
[Abstract]:The dynamic mathematical model of flue gas compressor and flue gas cooler is established by means of lumped parameter method, taking the 300MW oxygen-enriched coal-fired boiler flue gas compression system as the research object. The corresponding simulation model is established. Under B-MCR condition, the disturbance tests such as the speed of coal feeder and the speed of flue gas compressor are carried out. The results show that: when the speed of coal feeder or gas compressor is disturbed. The operating parameters of flue gas compression system are sensitive to each other and vary greatly. However, the opening disturbance of the baffle of the primary recirculation fan and the opening disturbance of the cooling water valve of the flue gas cooler have little influence on the operation parameters of the system, and the response time is long.
