【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的深度學(xué)習(xí)模型忽略從特定圖像區(qū)域提取局部特征的問題,結(jié)合智能交通系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的具體應(yīng)用,提出融合整體與局部特征的車輛型號(hào)識(shí)別方法。首先,根據(jù)車頭圖像的紋理特點(diǎn)與車牌位置,將車頭的全局圖像分為多個(gè)局部圖像;然后,使用優(yōu)化的卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模塊分別提取圖像的全局特征與局部特征,將全局與局部特征輸入到多層全連接神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行特征融合;最后,使用softmax進(jìn)行車輛型號(hào)識(shí)別。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,提出的方法能夠提取有效的全局與局部特征,具有訓(xùn)練收斂快、識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the existing depth learning models ignore the problem of extracting local features from specific image regions, combined with the specific application of intelligent transportation system, a vehicle model recognition method combining global and local features is proposed. Firstly, according to the texture characteristics of the front image and the location of the license plate, the global image of the head is divided into several local images. Then, the optimized convolution neural network module is used to extract the global and local features of the image, and the global and local features are inputted to the multi-layer fully connected neural network for feature fusion. Finally, the vehicle model recognition is carried out by using softmax. Experiments show that the proposed method can extract effective global and local features, and has the advantages of fast training convergence and high recognition accuracy.
