城際鐵路隧道下穿機場滑行道方案探討

【摘要】:珠三角城際鐵路新塘經(jīng)白云機場至廣州北工程花機間隧道下穿廣州白云國際機場T3、T4及特種車滑行道。針對穿越工程地層上軟下硬、巖溶發(fā)育的特點,在不停航的情況下,對盾構法及礦山法穿越方案進行探討。設計通過超前預注漿加固、高壓水平旋噴樁超前支護、長管棚超前支護等措施保證穿越工程的安全。經(jīng)數(shù)值分析,各項指標滿足機場方面要求,明確采用礦山法下穿滑行道的可行性,同時建議對先行隧道施工過程中的最大沉降控制值按最終控制標準的80%~90%進行控制。巖溶按"開挖前探明、開挖中發(fā)現(xiàn)"進行分類處理。
[Abstract]:Pearl River Delta Intercity Railway Xintang via Baiyun Airport to Guangzhou North Project Huaxing Tunnel through Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport T3, T4 and special vehicle taxiway. In view of the characteristics of soft, hard and karst development in crossing engineering strata, the shield method and mine method are discussed in this paper under the condition of no stopping navigation. It is designed to ensure the safety of the crossing project by means of pre-grouting, high-pressure horizontal jet grouting pile advance support, long pipe shed advance support and other measures to ensure the safety of the crossing project. Through numerical analysis, it is found that each index meets the requirements of airport and the feasibility of adopting mine method to cross the taxiway is clear. At the same time, it is suggested that the maximum settlement control value in advance tunnel construction should be controlled by 80% ~ 90% of the final control standard. Karst is classified according to "proved before excavation, discovered in excavation".
