盾構(gòu)隧道接頭滲水對其變形及內(nèi)力的長期影響

【摘要】:以上海地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道為工程實(shí)例,采用有限元軟件建立了盾構(gòu)隧道接頭局部滲水模型,計(jì)算分析了不同邊界條件下盾構(gòu)隧道接頭滲水對隧道變形及內(nèi)力的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:若滲流程度和邊界條件不同,則滲流達(dá)到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的時間不同,且進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致隧道周圍土體孔壓的消散程度、地表沉降、隧道變形和管片內(nèi)力均存在明顯差異;地表沉降、隧道直徑變化量和管片內(nèi)力隨孔壓的發(fā)展規(guī)律幾乎一致;接頭滲流會導(dǎo)致管片接縫處孔壓明顯低于周圍土體的孔壓,且滲流越嚴(yán)重孔壓相差越大。研究表明,在接頭滲水嚴(yán)重且沒有外部水源補(bǔ)給的極端情況下,孔壓、地表沉降、隧道橢圓化變形及管片內(nèi)力會持續(xù)改變且變化幅度較大,尤其是彎矩的改變量非常顯著,此種情況下,隧道長期滲水帶來的危害最為顯著。
[Abstract]:Taking the shield tunnel of Shanghai Metro as an engineering example, the local seepage model of shield tunnel joint is established by using finite element software, and the influence of tunnel joint seepage on tunnel deformation and internal force under different boundary conditions is calculated and analyzed. The results show that if the seepage degree and boundary conditions are different, the time of seepage reaching the stable state is different, and it further leads to the dissipation degree of pore pressure of soil around the tunnel, surface settlement, tunnel deformation and segment internal force. The variation of tunnel diameter and the internal force of the segment are almost consistent with the development of pore pressure, and the seepage at the joint will cause the pore pressure at the joint to be significantly lower than that of the surrounding soil, and the more serious the seepage, the greater the pore pressure. The results show that in the extreme case of serious joint seepage and no external water supply, pore pressure, surface subsidence, elliptical deformation of tunnel and internal force of segment will continuously change and change greatly, especially the change of bending moment is very significant. In this case, the tunnel long-term seepage brings the most significant harm.
