足尺路面試驗環(huán)道路面結(jié)構(gòu)與材料設(shè)計

【摘要】：介紹了我國第1條足尺路面試驗環(huán)道(RIOHTRACK)的技術(shù)定位、路面結(jié)構(gòu)與材料設(shè)計方案及試驗平臺的車輛加載、數(shù)據(jù)采集等系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成。RIOHTRACK足尺路面試驗環(huán)道的直線和緩直曲線段共設(shè)計了19種路面結(jié)構(gòu),這些路面結(jié)構(gòu)形式涵蓋了國內(nèi)外工程應(yīng)用案例,其中包括了柔性、半剛性和剛性基層結(jié)構(gòu),以及不同的瀝青結(jié)構(gòu)層和材料組合模式。根據(jù)設(shè)計理念和評價目標將19種路面進行了分類,并分別論述了各結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計標準、驗證目標、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、材料技術(shù)要求等內(nèi)容。利用總重達100 t的多軸加載車,以加速加載方式對上述典型路面結(jié)構(gòu)進行了全天候加載,對使用性能進行了系統(tǒng)的量化比較。結(jié)果將用于研究軸載換算方法、路面損傷預(yù)估模型、結(jié)構(gòu)與材料優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法以及養(yǎng)護技術(shù)標準等。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the technical positioning of the first full-scale pavement test loop (RIOHTRACK), the design scheme of pavement structure and materials and the vehicle loading of the test platform. A total of 19 kinds of pavement structures are designed in the straight and slow straight curve section of the RIOHTRACK full-scale pavement test loop. These pavement structures cover the domestic and foreign engineering application cases, including flexibility, flexibility and flexibility. Semi-rigid and rigid base structures, as well as different asphalt structural layers and materials combination mode. 19 kinds of pavement are classified according to the design concept and evaluation objective, and the design standards, verification objectives, structural characteristics, material and technical requirements of each structure are discussed respectively. By using the multi-axis loading vehicle with a total weight of 100 tons, the typical pavement structure mentioned above is subjected to all-weather loading in an accelerated loading mode, and the performance of the pavement is compared in a systematic and quantitative way. The results will be used to study the axle load conversion method, pavement damage prediction model, structural and material optimization design method and maintenance technical standards.
