道路工程投標策略研究
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, with the development of our national economy, the process of urban modernization has been accelerated gradually, and the bidding work of road construction has made steady, orderly and deep progress. Bidding means that the tenderer or person, on the basis of agreeing to the tender documents drawn up by the owner's unit, makes a serious study and discussion on the tender documents, Submit to the tenderer within a certain time limit the competitive price and technical documents required for the completion of the project, thus allowing the employer to select the transaction process. The bidding price refers to the price of the single project, the price of the partial project and the overall price of the project, determined on the basis of careful study of the project cost and bidding documents, and the analysis of various factors that may affect the project cost. And to formulate bidding strategy, determine the final bid price. This paper aims at the phenomenon of blind participation of construction enterprises in bidding for road engineering in China. According to the existing theoretical research and data documents, using the mathematical methods of probability and statistics, this paper scientifically selects suitable bidding items for construction enterprises. Thus, the winning rate of construction enterprises is improved. In order to make the enterprise obtain more actual income, the technique of unbalanced quotation is used to redistribute the single quotation, to compare the benefit of the project quantity change with the case, and to make further analysis on the result. In order to improve the turnover rate of enterprise funds, using the technique of unbalanced quotation, the single quotation is redistributed, and according to the balance of unit price of different material and item project before and after construction progress, the scheme is compared. The results are further analyzed. In the application of bidding strategy, the importance of risk management should be taken into account at the same time. Through the analysis and response of various risks, combined with the project selection method and unbalanced quotation skills, the bidding scheme and quotation should be determined. Finally, through the road project bidding case to demonstrate.
