橋梁造型設計與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:橋梁的設計形式是以滿足交通功能為主要目的,在力學和美學規(guī)律的支配下,結合環(huán)境因素,通過美學優(yōu)化,對組成橋梁的各個部分及整體進行外形塑造,一改傳統(tǒng)的設計理念,主動設計優(yōu)化,設計創(chuàng)造出融合周圍環(huán)境的完美的橋梁形體[1]。本文針對影響橋梁造型設計的因素,從功能、美觀、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟及其它方面進行研究,提出橋梁造型設計需滿足的基本原則。根據(jù)結構的受力特性及其材料的性能要求,在基于主應力優(yōu)化準則的基礎上,采用雙向漸進結構拓撲優(yōu)化算法針對典型橋梁如趙州橋、橋面處于不同位置的上承式、中承式和下承式拱橋,還有橋塔等工程實例進行拓撲優(yōu)化模擬計算,所得到的最佳優(yōu)化模型,與實例造型比較相似,證明該方法的科學性。本文以南湖橋設計為工程背景,遵照基本原則綜合考慮各方面的要求進行橋梁設計:根據(jù)橋位所在的水文、交通、工程地質等進行橋型選擇,確定橋跨數(shù),從受力要求及美觀方面確定各孔跨徑,矢跨比,橋面縱坡和豎曲線半徑等參數(shù),經(jīng)過篩選得到了兩個比較合適的方案;陔p向漸進結構拓撲優(yōu)化(BESO)方法,結合有限元軟件ANSYS的APDL語言編輯兩方案的二維拓撲優(yōu)化程序,得到了較好的拓撲優(yōu)化結果,為橋梁的方案設計提供參考。本文針對拓撲優(yōu)化后的兩個橋型,進一步完善結構尺寸設計,進行有限元計算,從而確定最佳方案。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of bridge design is to satisfy the traffic function. Under the control of mechanics and aesthetic law, combined with environmental factors, the shape of each part and whole of the bridge is molded by aesthetic optimization. One change traditional design idea, the initiative design optimization, the design creates the perfect bridge shape which merges the surrounding environment [1]. In this paper, the basic principles of bridge modeling design are put forward based on the research on the factors affecting bridge modeling design from the aspects of function, beauty, environmental protection, economy and other aspects. According to the stress characteristics of the structure and the performance requirements of the material, based on the principle stress optimization criterion, the bi-directional progressive structural topology optimization algorithm is used for the bridge deck in different positions of the typical bridge, such as Zhaozhou Bridge. The optimum optimization model of through arch bridge and through arch bridge, bridge tower and other engineering examples is similar to the model of example, which proves that the method is scientific. This paper takes the design of Nanhu Bridge as the engineering background, according to the basic principles to comprehensively consider the requirements of various aspects: according to the hydrology, traffic, engineering geology and so on, the bridge type is selected, and the number of bridge spans is determined. The parameters such as span, rise-span ratio, longitudinal slope of bridge deck and radius of vertical curve are determined from the aspects of stress requirements and aesthetics, and two suitable schemes are obtained through screening. Based on the bi-directional asymptotic structural topology optimization (BESO) method and the APDL language of the finite element software ANSYS, the two-dimensional topology optimization program of the two schemes is edited, and the better topology optimization results are obtained, which provide a reference for the bridge scheme design. In this paper, for the two bridges after topology optimization, the structure size design is further improved and the finite element calculation is carried out to determine the best scheme.
