【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,人們擁有的汽車數(shù)量越來越多,導(dǎo)致交通管理的工作壓力不斷增加,交通違章現(xiàn)象已成為現(xiàn)代交通管理中最重要的問題。道路車輛圖像智能抓拍與管理系統(tǒng)正是針對(duì)目前我國道路交通的實(shí)際狀況而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的,該系統(tǒng)主要由前端智能抓拍子系統(tǒng)與Web后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,通過視頻捕捉技術(shù)、圖像分析技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的抓拍及信息共享。本文設(shè)計(jì)的道路車輛圖像智能抓拍與管理系統(tǒng)能促使行人與機(jī)動(dòng)車的行為規(guī)范、有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)交通規(guī)范,對(duì)于減少交通事故、緩解交通擁擠起到一定的作用。在系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,本人從所在單位的日常工作考慮,參考同類的設(shè)備模型,參考現(xiàn)有的交通監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的工作原理及應(yīng)用,并依照實(shí)際需要來設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),系統(tǒng)功能等。本系統(tǒng)通過前端智能抓拍子系統(tǒng)對(duì)行經(jīng)路口的機(jī)動(dòng)車進(jìn)行監(jiān)測捕捉,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)生違法行為的機(jī)動(dòng)車,立即進(jìn)行捕捉拍照,提高了交警部門對(duì)于違法行為的監(jiān)控,從而改善公共交通的運(yùn)行環(huán)境。此外,本系統(tǒng)所捕捉車輛信息還可以與公安交警網(wǎng)相連,通過黑名單查詢及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)肇事逃逸車輛、違法犯罪車輛,對(duì)其進(jìn)行定位,實(shí)施布控抓捕,為違法案件的調(diào)查提供線索依據(jù)。道路車輛圖像智能抓拍與管理系統(tǒng)主要基于Java開發(fā)語言、J2EE技術(shù)平臺(tái)、SQLServer 2005數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)完成,主要研究成果有：(1)本系統(tǒng)前臺(tái)使用高清攝像機(jī)對(duì)行駛經(jīng)過的車輛進(jìn)行拍攝,通過違法條件篩選,獲得違法車輛的顏色、車型、牌照等圖片信息,并通過后臺(tái)圖像處理軟件識(shí)別對(duì)比處理,把處理結(jié)果及當(dāng)前車輛圖片信息發(fā)送至系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫,進(jìn)行信息錄入。(2)通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行完善和優(yōu)化,利用web系統(tǒng)管理平臺(tái),對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行管理、并可進(jìn)行違章查詢、違章處罰和公告。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, more and more cars are owned by people, which leads to the increasing pressure on traffic management. Traffic violation has become the most important problem in modern traffic management. The system is mainly composed of front-end intelligent capture subsystem and Web background database management subsystem. Video capture technology, image analysis technology and data storage technology are used to capture and share the system information. In the development and design process of the system, I consider from the daily work of the unit, refer to the similar equipment model, refer to the working principle and application of the existing traffic supervision system, and design the system architecture according to the actual needs. The system monitors and captures the motor vehicles passing through the intersection through the front-end intelligent capture subsystem. Once the illegal motor vehicles are found, the system captures and photographs them immediately, which improves the traffic police's monitoring of illegal activities and improves the operating environment of public transport. In addition, the vehicle information captured by the system is also provided. It can be connected with the public traffic police network and find the hit and run vehicles and illegal and criminal vehicles in time through blacklist inquiry, locate them, and implement arrest and control to provide clues for the investigation of illegal cases.The road vehicle image intelligent capture and management system is mainly based on Java development language, J2EE technology platform, SQL Server 2005 database. The main research results are as follows: (1) The front desk of the system uses high-definition camera to take pictures of the vehicles passing by. Through screening the illegal conditions, we can get the color, vehicle type, license plate and other picture information of the illegal vehicles. Through the background image processing software, we can identify and compare the processing results and the current vehicle picture information. System background database, information input. (2) Through the improvement and optimization of the database, using the web system management platform, the user can be managed, and can be queried, punished and announced.
