雙滾刀巖石綜合試驗臺分析與破巖試驗研究

【摘要】:雙滾刀巖石試驗臺可以進行刀間距、貫入度等參數(shù)對滾刀破巖效率影響的試驗,為掘進機刀盤滾刀的布置提供設(shè)計依據(jù)。設(shè)計了可調(diào)整刀間距的高速雙滾刀巖石綜合試驗臺并進行了受力和模態(tài)的有限元分析,并利用試驗臺對普通花崗巖進行了滾壓試驗。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)有限元分析試驗臺的應力小于制造材料的許用應力,分析了試驗臺振型及振動頻率和振幅;巖石滾壓試驗表明試驗臺在強度和振動方面滿足使用要求;通過普通花崗巖的破巖試驗測得破巖力及支撐框架振動幅值,所設(shè)計的試驗臺滾壓花崗巖具有良好的使用效果,滿足工程研究及使用。
[Abstract]:The influence of the parameters such as tool spacing and penetration on the rock breaking efficiency of the hob can be tested on the double hob rock test bench, which provides the design basis for the arrangement of the cutter head hob of the tunneling machine. A high speed double hob rock comprehensive test-bed with adjustable tool spacing was designed, and the finite element analysis of force and mode was carried out, and the rolling test of ordinary granite was carried out by using the test bed. The results show that the stress of the test bed is smaller than the allowable stress of the manufacturing material, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the test bed are analyzed, and the rock rolling test shows that the test bed meets the requirements of strength and vibration. The rock breaking force and vibration amplitude of bracing frame are measured by rock breaking test of ordinary granite. The rolling granite of the designed test bed has good application effect, which is suitable for engineering research and application.
