不同測(cè)試方法下碎石土、黃土路基模量對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:路基是路面結(jié)構(gòu)的重要基礎(chǔ),它支撐著路面結(jié)構(gòu)及之上的所有荷載,路基承載力的高低直接決定著公路的整體使用性能,而其路基質(zhì)量的好壞會(huì)影響到路面結(jié)構(gòu)的性能、病害的發(fā)生及程度等。公路在使用過(guò)程中,路面經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)多種的病害,而這些病害當(dāng)中大部分原因是因?yàn)槁坊鶑?qiáng)度不足導(dǎo)致的。因此,堅(jiān)實(shí)穩(wěn)定且滿(mǎn)足使用需求的路基是保證路面整體良好性能、確保交通運(yùn)輸安全的關(guān)鍵;貜椖A孔鳛楣仿坊O(shè)計(jì)、施工控制、驗(yàn)收檢測(cè)的重要指標(biāo),能夠很好的對(duì)路基的質(zhì)量性能做出準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)。但回彈模量受到土質(zhì)、含水量、壓實(shí)度等多種因素的影響,其數(shù)值的確定比較困難,尤其是特殊土路基回彈模量,規(guī)范當(dāng)中并未給出推薦值,再加上在實(shí)際檢測(cè)時(shí)所用的檢測(cè)方法會(huì)有所不同,這就為結(jié)果的統(tǒng)一造成了困擾。因此,有必要專(zhuān)門(mén)對(duì)特殊土路基回彈模量進(jìn)行研究,并將常用檢測(cè)方法的檢測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,得出它們適用性和準(zhǔn)確性的結(jié)論。本文分析了含水率、壓實(shí)度對(duì)回彈模量的影響關(guān)系,并以陜西某高速公路為研究載體,對(duì)碎石土、黃土路基進(jìn)行落錘式彎沉儀(FWD)檢測(cè),并與承載板法和貝克曼梁法所測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)比分析。建立不同的回歸模型,進(jìn)行相應(yīng)指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性分析,并且通過(guò)回歸方程得出了不同檢測(cè)指標(biāo)之間的轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明三種檢測(cè)方法所測(cè)模量變化具有一定的一致性,能夠客觀的對(duì)路基性能做出準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)。以本工程實(shí)際情況作為基礎(chǔ),分別使用FWD、承載板和貝克曼梁對(duì)相同的碎石土路基測(cè)點(diǎn)和黃土路基測(cè)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了檢測(cè),證明該路段使用的此種碎石土填筑成的路基質(zhì)量、性能遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于黃土路基。通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)比,雖使用碎石土作為路基填料,施工成本較使用黃土少許提高,但路基質(zhì)量得到明顯增強(qiáng),更大程度的保證了公路的使用功能、延長(zhǎng)了使用壽命,降低了后期的養(yǎng)護(hù)頻次和費(fèi)用。
[Abstract]:The subgrade is the important foundation of the pavement structure, it supports the pavement structure and all the loads on it. The bearing capacity of the roadbed directly determines the overall performance of the highway, and the quality of the subgrade will affect the performance of the pavement structure. Occurrence and extent of disease. Many kinds of pavement diseases often occur in the process of highway use, and most of these diseases are caused by insufficient roadbed strength. Therefore, the solid and stable subgrade is the key to ensure the overall good performance of the pavement and ensure the transportation safety. As an important index of highway roadbed design, construction control and acceptance inspection, the modulus of resilience can make an accurate evaluation on the quality and performance of roadbed. However, the modulus of resilience is affected by many factors, such as soil quality, water content, compaction degree, etc. It is difficult to determine its value, especially the modulus of resilience of special soil subgrade, which is not recommended in the code. In addition, the detection methods used in the actual detection will be different, which causes confusion for the unity of the results. Therefore, it is necessary to study the resilience modulus of special soil subgrade, and compare and analyze the test results of common testing methods, and draw the conclusions of their applicability and accuracy. In this paper, the influence of water content and compaction on the modulus of resilience is analyzed. Taking a highway in Shaanxi as the research carrier, the falling weight deflectometer (FWD) is used to detect the gravel and loess subgrade. The results are compared with those measured by bearing plate method and Beckman beam method. Different regression models are established and the correlation analysis of the corresponding indexes is carried out. The conversion relationship between the different detection indexes is obtained by regression equation. The results show that the changes of the measured modulus of the three detection methods are consistent to a certain extent. Can make the accurate appraisal to the roadbed performance objectively. Based on the actual situation of the project, FWD, bearing plate and Beckman beam are used to detect the same site of gravel subgrade and loess subgrade, which proves the quality of the roadbed filled with this kind of gravel soil. The performance is much better than the loess subgrade. Through simple economic comparison, although gravel soil is used as filling material for roadbed, the construction cost is slightly higher than that of loess, but the quality of roadbed is obviously enhanced, which ensures the use function of highway to a greater extent and prolongs the service life. The maintenance frequency and cost of the later period are reduced.
