【摘要】：正1工程意義川藏鐵路作為我國(guó)藏區(qū)綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系的重要組成部分,對(duì)于提高西藏綜合交通運(yùn)輸能力,推動(dòng)西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)跨越式發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié),逐步完善進(jìn)出西藏鐵路通道,改善區(qū)域鐵路路網(wǎng)布局,加快西藏改革開(kāi)放步伐,提升西藏發(fā)展能力,加快西藏經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高沿線(xiàn)各族人民生活水平意義重大。
