壽濟(jì)線濰坊段公路改建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:近年來公路改建項(xiàng)目不斷增多,由于其特殊性,項(xiàng)目對(duì)進(jìn)度的要求也越來越高。目前我國公路改建工程的進(jìn)度管理,一般是借鑒國外的先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),而在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中不可避免地出現(xiàn)一些問題。如何提高公路改建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平,發(fā)揮最大的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,是許多企業(yè)亟待解決的問題。本文以壽濟(jì)線濰坊段公路改建項(xiàng)目為背景,通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、控制研究,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論、理念和技術(shù)方法,尋求適合壽濟(jì)線濰坊段公路改建項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理方式。首先,簡(jiǎn)單介紹項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論和壽濟(jì)線濰坊段公路改建項(xiàng)目的概況,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理面臨的困難,分析影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的諸多因素。其次,利用WBS工作分解法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行科學(xué)分解,再根據(jù)各工作之間的邏輯關(guān)系,估算工作延續(xù)時(shí)間,繪制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,并確定關(guān)鍵線路,對(duì)初定的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行更新,編制與之相適應(yīng)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。再次,結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè),在項(xiàng)目前期實(shí)際施工出現(xiàn)進(jìn)度偏差后,研究分析進(jìn)度出現(xiàn)問題的原因,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度偏差進(jìn)行有效調(diào)整,確保按照計(jì)劃工期完成項(xiàng)目。最后,結(jié)合壽濟(jì)線濰坊段公路改建項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況,制定出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的保障措施,并從公路改建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理角度提出幾點(diǎn)建議。當(dāng)前我國部分地區(qū)現(xiàn)有的公路已難以滿足當(dāng)代交通量的需求,在不符合道路新建條件的情況下,公路改建勢(shì)在必行,而且公路改建項(xiàng)目也將逐年增加。通過對(duì)壽濟(jì)線濰坊段公路改建項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度控制進(jìn)行全面、科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)的研究,為該領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制提供了參考性范式,可以為其他類似公路改建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理提供一定的參考,具有一定的理論創(chuàng)新意義和較好的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the highway reconstruction project is increasing, because of its particularity, the project request to progress is higher and higher. At present, the progress management of highway reconstruction project in our country is generally to draw lessons from the advanced management experience of foreign countries, but some problems inevitably appear in the practical application. How to improve the management level of highway reconstruction project and bring the maximum social and economic benefits into full play is an urgent problem for many enterprises. Based on the reconstruction project of Weifang section of Shouji Line, this paper studies the progress plan of the project, and applies the theory, idea and technical method of project schedule management. Looking for the schedule management mode of Weifang section highway reconstruction project suitable for Shouji line. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the related theory of project schedule management and the general situation of highway reconstruction project in Weifang section of Shouji Line. According to the difficulties faced by project schedule management, this paper analyzes many factors that affect the progress of the project. Secondly, the WBS method is used to decompose the project scientifically, and then according to the logical relationship between the work, the work duration is estimated, the network diagram of schedule plan is drawn, the key route is determined, and the initial schedule plan is updated. Prepare corresponding schedule. Thirdly, according to the progress plan of the project, the dynamic monitoring of the project is carried out. After the actual construction of the project appears progress deviation, the reasons of the progress problem are studied and analyzed, and the project schedule deviation is adjusted effectively. Make sure to finish the project according to schedule. Finally, combined with the actual situation of Weifang highway reconstruction project on Shou-Ji Line, the guarantee measures of project schedule control are worked out, and some suggestions are put forward from the point of view of schedule management of highway reconstruction project. At present, the existing highways in some areas of our country have been unable to meet the needs of the contemporary traffic volume. Under the condition of not meeting the conditions of new construction of roads, highway reconstruction is imperative, and the projects of highway reconstruction will increase year by year. Through the comprehensive, scientific and systematic research on the progress plan and schedule control of the highway reconstruction project in Weifang section of Shouji Line, this paper provides a reference paradigm for the project schedule control in this field. It can provide some reference for the schedule management of other similar highway reconstruction projects, and has certain theoretical innovation significance and better practical significance.
