基于表面能理論的瀝青與集料黏附性能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:為定量分析瀝青與集料的黏附性能,運(yùn)用表面自由能理論,采用插板法對(duì)2種基質(zhì)瀝青(A-70~#、B-70~#)的表面能參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,采用蒸汽吸附法對(duì)5種集料(石灰?guī)r、玄武巖、花崗巖、石英砂巖、破碎礫石)的表面能參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并進(jìn)一步計(jì)算出瀝青-集料組合分別在無(wú)水、有水狀態(tài)下的結(jié)合能以及表面能匹配性指標(biāo),并用表面能匹配性指標(biāo)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)不同瀝青-集料組合的黏附性能,通過(guò)改進(jìn)的水煮法試驗(yàn)加以驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)建立二者之間的聯(lián)系。結(jié)果表明:表面能匹配性指標(biāo)與改進(jìn)水煮法的瀝青殘留率指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果一致,5種集料的黏附性能從大到小排序依次為玄武巖、石灰?guī)r、花崗巖、石英砂巖、破碎礫石,驗(yàn)證了表面能評(píng)價(jià)體系的可靠性,說(shuō)明表面能法可作為定量分析瀝青與集料黏附性能的試驗(yàn)方法;對(duì)表面能匹配性指標(biāo)與瀝青殘留率的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者具有良好的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,并以黏附性等級(jí)4級(jí)對(duì)應(yīng)的瀝青殘留率為臨界值提出2種瀝青的表面能匹配性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的技術(shù)要求。
[Abstract]:In order to quantitatively analyze the adhesion properties of asphalt and aggregate, the surface energy parameters of two kinds of matrix bitumen (A-70 #B-70 #B-70) were measured by using the theory of surface free energy, and five kinds of aggregates (limestone, basalt, granite) were measured by steam adsorption method. The surface energy parameters of quartz sandstone and broken gravel) were tested, and the binding energy and surface energy matching indexes of bitumen aggregate combination in anhydrous and water-free state were further calculated. The adhesion properties of different bitumen aggregate combinations were evaluated by the surface energy matching index. The results were verified by the improved water boiling method and the relationship between the two was established at the same time. The results show that the surface energy matching index is consistent with the evaluation results of asphalt residue rate index of modified boiling method. The adhesion properties of five kinds of aggregates from large to small are basalt, limestone, granite, quartz sandstone, broken gravel, etc. The reliability of the surface energy evaluation system is verified, which indicates that the surface energy method can be used as a test method for quantitative analysis of the adhesion performance of asphalt to aggregate, and the results of surface energy matching index and asphalt residue rate are analyzed. It is found that there is a good positive correlation between them and the technical requirements for evaluating the surface energy matching performance of two kinds of bitumen are put forward with the bitumen residue rate corresponding to the adhesion grade 4 as the critical value.
