岑溪大隧道二次襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)安全性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,山區(qū)公路隧道建設(shè)規(guī)模得到了進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。然而,在建設(shè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),隧道襯砌質(zhì)量問(wèn)題很容易被忽視。一些隧道在投入運(yùn)營(yíng)不到幾年時(shí)間,就已經(jīng)達(dá)不到相應(yīng)的服務(wù)功能,甚至某些隧道在修建完成后就出現(xiàn)各種襯砌質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)隧道工程進(jìn)行客觀、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的試驗(yàn)檢測(cè),可以對(duì)公路隧道整體質(zhì)量有初步的認(rèn)識(shí),結(jié)合隧道所處圍巖實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)安全性分析可以對(duì)隧道質(zhì)量情況做出進(jìn)一步的評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)提高隧道技術(shù)服務(wù)水平具有重要意義。本文以岑溪至水汶高速公路在建岑溪大隧道為依托工程,觀察現(xiàn)場(chǎng)圍巖開(kāi)挖情況,并通過(guò)探地雷達(dá)對(duì)隧道已修建段的襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行無(wú)損檢測(cè),對(duì)檢測(cè)資料處理、解釋、整理,得到隧道二次襯砌的厚度情況及二次襯砌與初期支護(hù)之間脫空的分布情況等。根據(jù)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)富水地段考慮圍巖壓力與水壓力共同作用下,采用荷載—結(jié)構(gòu)法利用有限元軟件Ansys分析了二次襯砌的變形、受力及安全性。在一般地層中,僅考慮圍巖壓力作用,分析了檢測(cè)范圍內(nèi)薄弱斷面的安全性。通過(guò)本文的分析,結(jié)論簡(jiǎn)述如下:1.通過(guò)對(duì)隧道右線CK8+060~CK10+760、左線DK8+090~DK10+720范圍二次襯砌的無(wú)損檢測(cè),分段的統(tǒng)計(jì)了二次襯砌的合格率和總體的質(zhì)量合格情況,并列出了部分連續(xù)不合格地段的具體數(shù)據(jù)。2.依據(jù)檢測(cè)情況,富水地層考慮襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)在圍巖壓力及水壓力作用時(shí),分析了二次襯砌在Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖不同工況下的變形、受力及安全性,列出二次襯砌各部位的安全系數(shù)的分布。3.在一般地層中圍巖壓力作用下(即襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)不受水壓力作用),分析了Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ級(jí)圍巖段中二次襯砌薄弱斷面的安全性,列出二次襯砌不同部位的安全系數(shù)分布情況。最后,根據(jù)對(duì)二次襯砌的分析情況,提出了相應(yīng)建議以期提高結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the scale of highway tunnel construction in mountainous area has been further expanded. However, the quality of tunnel lining is easy to be ignored while the construction scale is enlarged. In less than a few years of operation, some tunnels have not reached the corresponding service function, and even some tunnels have all kinds of lining quality problems after the completion of construction. Therefore, through the objective, accurate and timely testing of the tunnel project, we can have a preliminary understanding of the overall quality of the highway tunnel. The structural safety analysis of the surrounding rock in which the tunnel is located can make a further evaluation of the tunnel quality, and it is of great significance to improve the technical service level of the tunnel. In this paper, based on the Cengxi to Shuiwen Expressway, the excavation of surrounding rock is observed, and the lining structure of the already built section of the tunnel is tested by ground penetrating radar, and the inspection data are processed, explained and sorted out. The thickness of the secondary lining and the distribution of the void between the secondary lining and the initial support are obtained. According to the test data, considering the interaction of surrounding rock pressure and water pressure, the deformation, force and safety of secondary lining are analyzed by using the finite element software Ansys. In general strata, the safety of weak sections in the detection range is analyzed only by considering the pressure of surrounding rock. Through the analysis of this paper, the conclusion is summarized as follows: 1. Through the nondestructive testing of the secondary lining in the range of CK8 060~CK10 760 on the right line and DK8 090~DK10 720 on the left line, the pass rate and the overall quality qualification of the secondary lining are counted, and the concrete data of some continuous unqualified sections are listed.
