【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)突飛猛進(jìn)。橋梁建設(shè)是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)一個(gè)重要組成部分,隨著越來(lái)越多大型橋梁的建設(shè),連續(xù)梁懸臂澆筑法自從上世紀(jì)60年代由前西德首先使用以來(lái),因其自身靈活性好,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),不需要大量的施工支架和臨時(shí)設(shè)備,不影響橋下通航、通車,施工不受季節(jié)、水位的影響,已成為修建大中跨徑橋梁的一種有效施工手段。本文主要論述了連續(xù)梁懸臂澆筑施工關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)技術(shù)控制,主要包括0號(hào)塊施工、掛籃拼裝、邊跨、中跨合攏段等環(huán)節(jié)的施工控制要點(diǎn)、施工監(jiān)控的主要內(nèi)容及監(jiān)控手段等。0號(hào)塊及合攏段的施工是懸澆施工最為關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié),0號(hào)塊施工應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制好地基處理和支架搭設(shè)質(zhì)量,確保支架的穩(wěn)定和安全。掛籃形式的選擇及其走行方式需要在認(rèn)真比選的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行,在懸澆施工中確保掛籃穩(wěn)定。同時(shí)合攏節(jié)段長(zhǎng)度、吊架的設(shè)置、水箱壓重、合攏氣溫的選擇等應(yīng)該合理控制好。同時(shí)以蘇州市西環(huán)高架南延跨繞城高速主線橋懸澆施工為例,重點(diǎn)闡述了本懸澆橋梁施工工藝的控制、監(jiān)控方法的介紹及其基本控制手段,確保懸澆施工中結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力、橋梁線形、高程等滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,突出了本項(xiàng)目的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)。另外,通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目在施工過(guò)程中的一些交通導(dǎo)改原則及措施揭示了如何在不中段高速公路正常運(yùn)營(yíng)的前提下,合理安排施工順序,合理設(shè)置各類交通安全設(shè)施,使交通導(dǎo)改滿足于懸澆施工的推進(jìn),為今后類似工程項(xiàng)目提供一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist economic construction, infrastructure construction is advancing by leaps and bounds. Bridge construction is an important part of infrastructure construction. With the construction of more and more large bridges, the cantilever casting method of continuous beam has been used first by the former West Germany since the 1960s, because of its good flexibility and adaptability. It does not need a large number of construction support and temporary equipment, does not affect the navigation under the bridge, open to traffic, construction is not affected by the season, water level, has become an effective construction means to build large and medium span bridges. This paper mainly discusses the technical control of the key links in the cantilever pouring construction of continuous beam, including the construction of block 0, the assembling of hanging basket, the side span, the closing section of middle span, and so on. The construction of No. 0 block and closing section is the most important link in the construction of suspension casting. The construction of No. 0 block should strictly control the quality of foundation treatment and support erection to ensure the stability and safety of the support. The choice of hanging basket form and its walking mode should be carried out on the basis of careful comparison and selection, and ensure the stability of hanging basket in the construction of hanging casting. At the same time, the length of closing segment, the setting of hanger, the weight of water tank and the selection of closing temperature should be controlled reasonably. At the same time, taking the construction of the high speed main line bridge with the south extension span of the west ring viaduct in Suzhou as an example, the paper emphatically expounds the construction technology control, the introduction of the monitoring method and the basic control means, so as to ensure the internal force of the structure in the construction of the suspension casting. Bridge alignment and elevation meet the design requirements and highlight the key and difficult points of the project. In addition, through some traffic guiding principles and measures in the construction process of the project, this paper reveals how to arrange the construction sequence reasonably and set up all kinds of traffic safety facilities reasonably under the premise of the normal operation of the non-middle section expressway. The improvement of traffic guide is satisfied with the advance of suspended pouring construction, which provides some reference for similar projects in the future.
