【摘要】：從移動(dòng)通信系統(tǒng)獲取手機(jī)信令數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)重慶手機(jī)信令數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn),提出了數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、基站小區(qū)定位、出行鏈識(shí)別、分區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)及結(jié)果擴(kuò)樣方法,獲取居住人口分布、通勤崗位分布、跨區(qū)人流OD(origin-destination)。此方法具有覆蓋范圍廣、分析樣本大、實(shí)施成本低、可長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)的優(yōu)勢(shì),可為城市規(guī)劃提供了一種全新的數(shù)據(jù)獲取手段。在重慶市城鄉(xiāng)總體規(guī)劃(2007—2020年)深化工作中,基于重慶聯(lián)通手機(jī)信令數(shù)據(jù),分析重慶主城與區(qū)縣及各區(qū)縣之間的人流交換,定量地評(píng)價(jià)城市間聯(lián)系度及城市區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),以此為基礎(chǔ)開展客流需求預(yù)測(cè),作為優(yōu)化城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,規(guī)劃布局鐵路與公路網(wǎng)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of mobile phone signaling data obtained from mobile communication system, the paper puts forward the methods of data preprocessing, base station location, trip chain identification, partition statistics and result expansion to obtain the residential population distribution. Commute post distribution, cross-district flow of people ODI origin-destination. This method has the advantages of wide coverage, large analysis sample, low implementation cost and long-term continuous monitoring. It can provide a new data acquisition method for urban planning. In the deepening work of Chongqing urban and rural master plan (2007-2020), based on the mobile phone signaling data of Chongqing Unicom, this paper analyzes the passenger flow exchange between the main city of Chongqing and the districts and counties, and quantitatively evaluates the degree of connection between cities and the advantages of urban location. On this basis, the passenger demand forecast can be used as the basis for optimizing the urban system structure, adjusting the regional development strategy, and planning the distribution of railway and highway network.
